The worst serviceI paid $140.24 to get my package delivered on saturday nov 29 at 11am. I called that day at 11:30 because by checking the the tracking (at the time I was supposed to receive it) it would only say LABEL CREATED. I called the store, they did not do ANYTHING to help me. They keep saying call the corporate wich I did, only for them to lie to me. The guy told me you will receive your package by the ent of the day on Saturday so I waited until the end of the day and nothing. I tried to call and they were closed. I needed my package with my document on it on the day I PAID to get it (I was in mount vernon NY) Now, monday december 1st im already in GA again and my aunt called to say she received the package. So WHY in the world they charged me extra money and lie about the time I was going to receive my package. I do not understand. I already called 3 times today just for them playing ping pong with my call and send me to talk with the same robot every time and NOT HELP AT ALL. I am tired of it I need a refound and nobody could help me. This is the first and last time in my life im using this useless carrier. If you have an emergency do not use this at all. All the personal is useless and nobody is able to help you. They just wash their hands by telling call the corporate and the corporate is even more useless. I lost time, money and patience. I would not recommend this to anyone. I wish I could put 0 stars but I have to put one. Their service is the worse.

This store is in a convenient location, near Publix in Blue Moon Xing, Pooler, GA. They provided an Amazon (UPS) drop-off package receipt. When I've dropped off USPS trackable packages, they scan and give a receipt, too. This is our preferred store.

Terrible customer service! I get everyone had bad days but at the end of the day you’re being paid to do a job. Giving paying customers attitudes isn’t in the job description. Rachel I pray your day gets better!

What's the point in having a customer service based business when the hours are not geared for customer convenience.
Closed @ 3:00pm on a Saturday afternoon after not even opening until 9:00am. Why bother?

I am so impressed with the UPS Store at Blue Moon Xing. As owner of a marketing company, I often need last minute materials printed for clients, events and other things. This store delivers on time and with excellent customer service. It is refreshing to have a reliable local source for printing and shipping. Well done to you and your staff.

I guess Rachel didn’t want to work early this morning. Let me begin by saying that I’ve used UPS in the past for my businesses particularly my candle e-commerce business in the past around 2020-2021 or so. I went in today at 8 am as soon as they opened to grab a shipping box to later ship things. I asked for a box and the first question she asked was what was I mailing. I told her candles and packaging and she immediately said we don’t ship candles. She told me to try FedEx. We don’t have a FedEx over here. She let me buy the box but I knew something didn’t sound right as I’ve shipped the same type of products in the past. Anyway I called UPS the national carrier number to confirm if they shipped candles because of what I was told by Rachel which NEVER sounded right. They said they do. Of course the UPS store is independently owned so I couldn’t report Rachel for providing me inaccurate information. I called the other location in Pooler and inquired about shipping my things and not only did they say yes, there were very professional and didn’t try to gaslight me. I appreciate them for not inconveniencing me. I know Rachel has worked at the Blue Moon location for years as I’ve seen her over the years which is why I am appalled at how I was treated this morning.

I always get great and efficient service when I use this store. The staff is responsive, competent and cordial. On my last visit (to date), I was especially impressed with Rachel’s professionalism.
