Package was supposed to be delivered to our house. Showed out for delivery all day then we received notification it was delivered to a PO Box. WE DO NOT HAVE A PO BOX and it doesn't say what PO Box they delivered it to this evening. My guess is that a lazy employee failed to deliver it or a crooked one stole it.

The worst usps in the history! They scan my multiple packages and keep them for 2 weeks, they said they don't have time to deliver to me! So rediculous!

Worst post office in the history of post offices. I’m so sick & tired of my house getting skipped, mail coming super late in the day, most times after dark or not coming at all. My package has said out for delivery since 6:10 this am. It’s now 8:57 pm & STILL nothing. Outgoing packages NEVER get scanned either. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. Y'all need to get it together & do your job.

If you need to mail something, go to Bloomingdale. Way better service and they are friendly. I’ve had a few packages that got held up at the Pooler Post Office and have been in there to discuss this with the manager. After a week or so I asked the shipping originator to file a claim. What do you know? The day after the claim is filed my package shows up. This is after I purchased replacement items. I’d say the Pooler post office is run and staffed by clowns but that would be an insult to clowns who are here to make us happy, not mad. The front staff and management need to be fired but whoa, they are federal employees so they will be there to screw things up for some time to come.

Horrible every time I go no matter what time of day I wait like 15-25 minutes just to mail something they need to hire some people to help place is a mess not to mention they put packages in the wrong box lost over 200$ in the last month alone worth the drive go to ups or FedEx

This is the second time a second bracelet has been stolen from the post office because they would put delivered at mail box and my other items would be there just fine and i would receive quickly my notification and i would see them leave and i would get my package and It magically disappears right in front of me. I suggested the people that i ordered from from either UPS or Fed ex.

They opened and stole/ ate some treats from a mother's day package I sent to my mom. Looking at the other reviews I can say pretty certainly it was from this post office that it was stolen.

worst customer service I have actually ever seen. Called this post office multiple times and it says stay on the line to speak with someone at the Pooler post office and it hangs up every time. How hard is it to answer the phone. I will never use usps again. this is what happens when you hire people because of their race,gender, sexual orientation, and etc over someone who is actually capable of doing a good job. USPS is a joke of a company. DO NOT USE USPS
