I tried to drop off a package this morning, the sign says that the open at 8:30. I was there at 8:30, by 8:45 the gate was still locked. I gave up. After reading other reviews I would not trust them to handle my package. I will go to another office.

I put my Christmas cards in the mail box outside the post office to be sent to Florida, South Carolina, Texas, and Connecticut and no one received their cards with some that had gift cards and some did not. Six different family members n nobody received anything.... No return to my address at all. It has been a whole month. I made a complaint to the manager at the pooler post office n he didn't really seem concerned. If you look at the reviews for this location you will see other customer are complaining about packages and mail is missing on regular basis. SOMETHING needs to be done. I am a cancer patient an I use my money for treatments. I wanted to send my family members something nice for the holiday. Someone at this post office is stealing from people. Please help!???

Pooler Post Office is the worst place in Georgia staff are very rude and no one answers the phone, ever. Never contact people who have delivery issues. Avoid

Went to drop off mail today 12/21/23 @ 9:21 am. First me and others had to wait. Then from out the back comes a young lady with here air pods in her ear. She had horrible attitude was not nice to the customer in front of me or me. I had to tell her her customer service is horrible and I can’t believe they had her up front. She had a dry wig on that was not maintained and a blue jogger suit on. No name tag and was just not a good experience. I will never come to this location again. Now I see why they have a 2.3 review they ghetto smh

Very unsatisfied with what accrued yesterday.I work from 7am-5:30pm Wednesday-Saturday and I am only off Sunday-Tuesday, along with working full time I run my own small business as well..If I get orders on days that I work, I cannot make it to the post office due to them not opening until 8:30am so I always schedule for them to pick up my pre paid packages from my house on my porch. They usually always do so I was very shocked and upset when I came home last night to see my 5 packages that should have been picked up and shipped when my mail was delivered still sitting on my porch!! I have a deadline I have to have those packages out and this has caused me to be delayed..They have already sent me a final shipment reminder or they will give the customers the option to cancel and I do not want that!! I don’t understand why my packages were not picked up?? Is there a new mail carrier on my route or what? Because they usually always pick up my packages whenever I schedule for next day pick up on their app.Don’t know if maybe new mail carrier was too lazy to come up to the porch and pick up those small packages or what happened? As far as I know, yesterday was no holiday and mail ran because stuff was in my mailbox..I plan to call on my break to report this incident and hope they get picked up today! Because this is uncalled for!! I have to have these packages delivered..I had to report on my small business that items were shipped but not tracking..I am very upset and displeased with this! I’m a regular there so this happening has me totally shocked…

I’ve just recently moved to Bloomingdale, so I had to go in person to handle a few things. I was met with a red haired lady who had a frown, and seemed to be aggravated. I figured she was just having a bad day, so I ignored the fact that she was rude. I have then had to go up there a few more times, and have always been met with this lady. She is always rude, has a bad attitude, and has no manners. I have gone so far as to go out of my way to a different office to send anything out. I don’t why they would keep such a bitter person in a position where they’re the first face people see when they walk in. Very disappointing. I loathe the day I have to go back up there. Sorry for the long rant. I hope everyone is having a great day even that lady:)

This location is horrible! Very short handed and need help. I had a package delivered and it was never placed in my mailbox yet alone the key so I could get it after hours. I had to wait until my off day just to get my package. Also the informed delivery is HORRIBLE! I’ve checked my mail just randomly one day because I was in the area. Well my debit card was there and had no clue because informed delivery didn’t show it. ??♂️ I don’t understand why pay all that money and not getting the service I pay for. Including the street address. I took the papers up there. I keep getting messages that they will stop my mail delivery with the physical address and accepting packages on my behalf. I may need to find a new post office. This is not good for business.

I arrived at opening and there was probably about 10 people waiting. This must have been annoying to the worker. How do I know? She shoved the door open and stared at everyone and aggressively sighed. Then when the first person said good morning and thank you she rolled her eyes. I asked if I could leave a prelabeled package and she just pointed at a bin. LOL I am so sorry you have to do your job you’re paid to do, this must be so hard for you. Especially with a bunch of pleasant people who aren’t doing anything wrong. Just awful.

Our mail carrier has been consistently shoving packages into our mail box for months now to the point where I can barely get the packages out and ends up ripping and items falling out. This week I had something delivered and they bent the package in half to fit it in the mailbox and it broke the item. I called the 800 number and put in a case to be called back. The next day I received an email saying they tried to call me, which I never received a call so I called the number listed in the email. I supposedly spoke with a supervisor who could absolutely care less about the situation. He ended the call by telling me my mail carrier had just walked in and was using the bathroom….so he would talk to him once he came out…real professional. From past experiences going in to the post office, I never want to go back due to how rude the people I have spoke with are and seeing how rude and dismissive they treat other people. I’m paying for my packages just like the person is getting paid to deliver the mail. Please be respectful as you would want some one to treat your property the same way.

USPS employee stole my package I dropped off at the physical office but we can pretend packages just vanish. ? enjoy the shoes whoever has them. Also my mom had her international package stolen at this same location. And now mailed bills have even been stolen. Avoid this garbage place like the plague.

Tiffany is awesome....very helpful accurate and fast. There is another lady there that usually works with Tiffany who is great also. They have excellent customer service.

I've been meaning to put this up because I have been going into the Pooler Post Office to hand deliver mail for awhile now and the ladies at the front desk are cordial and have you on your way in no time.

I believe someone at pooler post office has stolen my package. Because I went to their location and asked them why the package was still showing there on august 3rd and they said it's a glitch in the system and they don't know why it was showing there and then they said it was jacksonville after I asked them to give my package back and if it was was still there and a refund. Then 20 minutes after leaving I get a notification of an acceptance Scan at their location when I dropped the package off on the 31st it was supposed to deliver weds august the 3rd and i went back to their location on the 4th when it had not delivered. That package had my sons back to school clothes, book bag and lunchbox and this is unacceptable that I paid almost 70.00 to ship to him so he had it on time for back to school, and it should have tracking info by now. This Is ridiculous!!!!!!! I called customer service and launched an investigation. Pending an update.I could have driven it to Atlanta myself which would have been quicker and less expensive had I known this is the way things would have turned out.
