Called on Monday to make the appointment on Thursday and got a confirmation call on Wednesday, was never told one time that the vehicle would have to stay overnight on Thursday. My wife and two babies dropped off the vehicle at the set time and was met with rudeness and attitude by the service advisor and was THEN told about the vehicle needing to stay overnight. My wife informed the advisor that wouldn’t work due to her needing the vehicle back that day to drive back home since we don’t live in pooler. The appointment was set at 11am, at 4pm the oil was finally being changed and the rest of the issues were also finally being looked at. The technician said the underside of the vehicle was “too dirty” for him to check one of the issues that was I brought up. Mind you, it hasn’t rained in weeks and we wash the vehicle regularly, that was just an excuse to mask his laziness. Finally around 530pm my wife was given back our vehicle which had more issues with it than when we gave it to the dealership to be looked at. The check engine light is still on, the cruise control stopped working and now the remote start is inoperable. The laziness is so awful that a new service sticker wasn’t even put inside the vehicles window. I demand this be rectified.

Believe the 1 star reviews. It has taken me so long to write this review. It's sad to see how awful the sales department treats their customers. To Sarah and her management team thank you for marking my car up by 10,000$ . They seen a women in need and literally did me dirty. But you live and you learn. Never will I ever recommend this place again, please beware of what you are signing

I sincerely wish I could give this dealership 0 stars. I took my 2012 Chevy Malibu here to get a part fixed. My appointment was at 8 in the morning. They didn’t even look at it till the afternoon. They open at 7:30 but there was 5-6 cars ahead of us somehow? I’m pregnant, my husband is in the military and had to have a huge surgery so waiting until the afternoon to only hear an update that they haven’t even touched it was insane. We were supposed to get a call when they looked at it and never did so we went in there and the lady that was working was very rude and as soon as we walked in there she shouted at us that she still has no update and for some reason she thought we were leaving even though we asked her where the waiting room was. And then she proceeded to tell us we will have to wait that there is 5-6 cars ahead of us. And then when they DID look at it they decided they wanted to charge me $750 for the part and the service. Absolutely INSANE. I got quotes from another place that will do it for $150!!! Definitely took my business elsewhere. They tried charging me diagnostics when i told them what was wrong with the car in the first place. They didn’t have to diagnose anything. Which was another $150. Then they tried charging us a bunch of money just to get a key connected to my car when all you do is turn the key a few times and wait a few minutes between each turn. Another thing that was very upsetting was she kept telling me different prices. First it was around $350 then it shot up to $750!! We needed my car to be done as it is our only vehicle and they kept it for an insane amount of time before we said whatever we are just going to go and pick it up ourselves and find business elsewhere. We were also in the dealership while we were waiting all day and stopped to talk to a salesman cause like I said we only have one car so we just wanted to see what was available if we had to wait. Our salesman was amazing but the dealership is a mess. We would find a car we liked and it was like a hunt to go find the car and the keys cause they don’t know where the car is at and where the keys are. They ended up having already sold vehicles that we liked that were on their website and then we were looking at another vehicle and was starting to like it as the salesman asked if we wanted to test drive it but he got a call from someone else saying the vehicle just sold. It’s a mess I don’t know if it is the management or what but it isn’t the salesman’s fault. The service department is terrible and tries to rip people off and was rude to me and my husband. They kept playing a price game with me. I wish I read the reviews on the service department here before I went.

My service advisor Kara Leigh Surratt was so helpful and outstanding professionalism. Treated my daughter and me so thoroughly nice. Beautiful personality. Just a joy to be there. Had a great experience while they’re buying. But not even a year of ownership and we’ve already dumped over $6000 into our suv bought from here. And we will probably have to throw more money at it in the near future. Should’ve left this review sooner but with what we’ve been experiencing with our car I should’ve gone to the source of where we bought it originally, this exact dealership. Our car clearly was not inspected well enough.

Jared was professional and personable. Every step of the process he was there for me. There was an issue after my purchase with the trunk and both Jared and Ryan were there to make sure I was taken care of. All employees should strive for excellence like Jared.

I needed an oil change, so I went to Vaden Chevrolet in Pooler. The wait time was reasonable and there were complimentary snacks and beverages in the waiting room. The staff was welcoming and kind, and I was out within 45 minutes. I'd come here again!

I wished I could give this place a zero star. I’m dismayed on how this place handles buying a vehicle. Their work ethic is terrible. They won’t call you back, even after you give them your credit information. I was told because I’m an internet customer I come last, this came from Josh the sales manager. I was also informed that if I wasn’t willing to come in and set there for hours then you can wait until we get around to working on your deal. I would love to have someone how has ownership in this location to secret shop them. They need to be looked into. I would to have loved to purchase the truck I picked out but I guess that’s not an option for me. Really would love to speak to someone further about my experience. Your sales department is excellent. They go above and beyond to make sure that they satisfy each and every customer! Your service department is absolutely the worst. I have never had a good experience there. My latest visit was for a recall. I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance and sat there for over an hour to be told “the part didn’t come in “ like my time isn’t valuable! I took the day off from work to have this done! Absolutely a disgrace!

When I first dropped my truck off, the guy that did my intake, had an attitude. He was rude and kept talking over me, while I was trying to explain some things with the truck. I was extremely hesitant coming back to the dealership because of having to deal with him again. However, I needed my truck. That afternoon things seemed better, but not by much. I can't wait to have my last oil change done, so I don't have to deal with your customer service reps in the service department.

Our Escalade did not get properly aligned. They did a “toe and go” and that was it. The steering wheel is not straight, and they made no attempt to adjust caster or camber. The only reason I will set foot back in that service department is to receive a refund for not receiving the services I paid for. They’re fortunate that my wife was the one that brought it in, otherwise I would not have left with it not being done properly.

They lied about what they did and called my mother a liar.We went to this random dealership because my key fob had stopped working. We waited about an hour for the service technicians to get to us. They told me getting a new fob would cost $110 including the cost to connect my fob. I then had to go find the fob myself and pay for it in their back parts section. It took another 20 minutes for someone to get around to me. I went back to the service desk to give them the fob which they could’ve found themselves to be connected to the car. Resetting a fob should only take about two minutes but they said they had to plug into my cigarette lighter and they drove the car around to the back of the building where I couldn’t see anything that was happening and proceeded to take about another 30 to 45 minutes. When they decided to come back, they told me that the key fob couldn’t connect because their computer could not plug in through my cigarette lighter. They tried to charge me an additional $40 for the parts they kept to connect my key fob. I argued them back down to the original price but while I explain to them that I would not pay for some thing that was not delivered on, the man at the desk yelled at my mother calling her a liar with his manager standing right next to him. The manager did nothing about this in the end, and they still forced me to pay the original price for no work being done and two hours of my life being wasted.After driving back another six hours with no key fob to lock my car I found an auto parts store that sold me the same key fob for $30 which I connected to my car in two minutes watching a YouTube video.Somehow I was berated, yelled at, lied to, and had my time wasted by a dealership that could not complete a simple task that I was willing to pay for. Worst experience of my life with any dealership.

It was amazing! I actually went to have maintenance done on my recently purchased car and my salesman, Cliff Woods stopped and asked how I was, and if I was happy with how car and I had been handled. Reminded him of previous problems they have tried to resolve but I was still not happy. He ran numbers and was able to get me into another vehicle that was PERFECT! Win-win for both of us!

The only problem my husband and I had were that after the oil change there were recommendations made regarding our car that had just been recently done and were filed on your records. Makes me wonder how honest the business is. I will always be suspicious. Other than that the waiting area was pleasant in the refreshments were good. The staff was kind
