Our Rep was Angie K. (original review 1/5 stars)tldr; the rep was wrong about the promotion and we were charged $90 for returning a phone we had for 2 days. Don't go to this store. Go anywhere else. This is a 3rd party store. The manager refuse to add notes to the verizon account about this whole entire exchange.Last week we went to the Verizon store to inquire about an upgrade for my fiance's phone and to move her account to my verizon account. The rep we spoke to said that she, being a 8 year loyal customer, is eligible for $600 an iPhone 14. She also said that we can move her phone and promotions over to my plan "as soon as it is activated".We agree to purchase the phone when it is shipped in. A week later, the phone arrives. We go to the store and activate the phone.A day later, I called Verizon support to request for her line to transfer over. It was then I learned that the rep was mistaken about how promotions work. It turns out my fiance would lose her $600 in credits applied over 36 months if she were to move over. Secondly, I found out that the rep sneaked a $39.99 "set up and go" that was never discussed with us.We went to the store today to return the phone with a different rep. Upon returning the phone, we were charged a $50 restock fee on top of everything. We did not have the original box, so we were charged another $50 again (fine).Ultimately, I am out $139.99 ($50 is on us for not having the box) in this exchange - wasted 7+ hours in store, and 4+ on the phone with verizon support. No new phone.01/19 Update:We reached out to customer service and we came to an agreement to settle the matter.

Quite possibly the worst Verizon store I have ever been to. From the condescending associate to waiting almost 6 hours to get a phone, the experience was quite horrible.

Needed a new phone since mine was no longer charging. Came to this location and was helped by Angie, hands down best service I've had from a Verizon store so far. Helpful, informative, and knowledgeable on all the devices. She was able to find a promotion the worked for me and the upgrade I needed. Thank you.

Went to this location a few times and I have to say that Angie was a big help. She was always patient and attentive to help with our concerns and even if she couldn’t get the answers directly she kept trying to find a solution.
