I thought I needed 4 new tires, because of 2 having flat spots. I asked for all 4 to be put on. The tech came to get me and showed me how much tag was left on the books tires, and suggested I only needed 2. They could have put 4 new ones on, but instead the saved me money by only selling me 2.

I went in for an oil change at 7 AM, service manager informed me no text bother to show up for work so they won’t be open today this is the second week in a row I was unable to get service due to employees not wanting to show up for work or work in general

Walmart does not take care of their employees or customers. The staff of this auto center are all friendly, and hardworking; however Walmart is poorly equipped to handle the job. Printers not working, underpaid employees, and understaffing issues leads to countless complications. If you need tires, spend a little extra and go to Discount Tire, or somewhere else, and save the headache. Same for oil changes from what I saw during my 2.5 hour wait.Service: Tires

Employee Patrick at the Pooler Walmart Auto Center saved the day. Traveling I-95 from Fl to the northeast and due to the cold weather we needed air in all four tires. Immediately Patrick told us which bay to go to and without hesitation immediately put air in each tire. Thanks for your help!! Much appreciated!Service: Tires

Bought a auto battery online went to the auto department with the core the next morning to get it. Very nice lady at the counter told me I needed to go to the back of the store to pick it up and then return to her for checkout. Went to the pick up location and waited several minutes with employees going in and out door acting like I was invisible so I just canceled order and bought a battery elsewhere.

Pulled in to get an oil change and two new tires but all the doors were still down. About ten minutes later a worker came out and said he did not know when they would open due to the fact he was the only person that decided to show up today.

The work performed was completed to my satisfaction. I would caution against making an early appointment online, as the manager said they don't have the staff available to complete work that early, and I had to leave my car.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I was told about an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. No problem! I don't mind waiting. But it became 2 1/2 hours. I saw them pull off with my car so I went up to pay, and she told me it would be a longer wait because they haven't done my tire rotation... I told them not to worry about it. She continued to talk about me in front of my face to one of her coworkers. I will never go back and would NOT recommend this Walmart to anyone else.

The worst customer service ever. They will not answer the phone and if they do not have the tires they quoted you on they will not order and will not have the courtesy to let you know you can order them on Walmart.com and have them sent to the store. Then have them put on.
