Rudest ppl I’ve ever had to deal with. This is not the bank you want if you ever need to speak with someone quickly, bc when you finally do get through they will make sure to tell you what an inconvenience your call is.

Good to see people in this branch are trying their best to be the worst Wells Fargo. I made my appointment at 4pm just to open the account, waited about an hour for it. I was very impressed when male staff was making stupid excuses passionately. Of course, he cannot apologize.

Every single time I go in this location for the simplest things, the staff literally try everything they can to push me to the app or say they can't help me. It took my mom over 2.5 hours to open an account with them.

1) If you're thinking of banking here, simply look at the reviews. Despite their abominal reviews, they change nothing. So expect 1 star service.2) Customer service is the worst! Not only does it take 30+ minutes to get someone on the phone at the 800 number, going in the bank is even worse.3) My daughter is recently engaged to a gentleman who lives in another state. He is a current customer at Wells Fargo. They went to the bank to open a joint checking account to use for the wedding. Wells Fargo would not accommodate them. Said they had to have an appointment, said they could not wait in case someone else did not show up for their appointment. The manager said they only allow 3 appointments for the entire Saturday banking hours, and they are booked for the next two Saturdays. Circling back to customer service: if there is obviously such a need of in person banking that they book out two full weeks, should they do something to ease customer access? The answer is a resounding NO, because they do not care about their customers or the service they provide.

This branch is horrible if you are needing to do business inside. I went in to do something that would only have taken 20-30 minutes max. The male banker rudely asked me if I had an appointment (mind you I was the only customer waiting) and I told him no. He said, well you may have to wait a while, there are only 2 bankers. I asked him how long is a while and he said 5 to 15 minutes, so I said I would wait. The female banker at the first desk, who was the only nice one, also said someone would be with me soon. She was already helping a customer when I came in. Then the other female banker, finally came and asked if I needed help. I told her what I needed and she said I would need an appointment. I wasted 20 minutes sitting there. I was told by two different bankers that someone would wait on me and then told I would need an appointment. I know for a fact what I needed done would have only taken a few minutes. I had already been to a couple of other banks to do the same thing without any problems and no appointment. I've been with Wells Fargo since the 1990"s and I'm seriously considering moving my account. I have never needed an appointment at Wells Fargo or any bank to do business with MY money. Please look into some customer service classes for your employees. The ones that were rude were told why I was there. It's bad enough what I've had to personally go through and then for your employees to make it that more difficult is ridiculous! For the time being, I will no longer bank at this location! I was also forced to give 1 star or I couldn't post this review!

They were very busy but they did great of trying to help everyone and I had called ahead to seek help on some banking and they said I could come in and they were kind and attentive. Everyone was busy and working hard. I appreciated all they did

This is without a doubt the worst Wells Fargo branch that I have ever used. I thought perhaps it was a one off on my first experience.I do not use the interior of a bank unless I have business that requires it. The Pooler branch did not fail to deliver poor, rude, customer service. I should have done as I have in the past and driven to Garden City or the Islands branch.

I’ve been using Wellsfargo for over 17 years and this is the worst branch and staff ever. One of the employee ask if I had an appointment, no ma’am I do not. she tells me to wait out side so I waited 30 mins so I walked in and ask again now she tells me she’s not sure if they can get me in. why would you tell me to wait when I ask the second time she said they were book.They need to train their staff better.I’m closing my account after this.I made sure to let corporate know.
