Drove in. Wasn't even open at 7:30 in the morning. Even tried drive thru, it was closed as well. Staff walked out but never even approached us to tell us anything. We left and went to Sunrise Breakfast. Wendy's lost out on our business.

Horrible Wendy’s. The most unprofessional and confrontational cook with dreads I’ve ever met. It’s amazing how restaurants allow people to confront you because they serve old food that was clearly left under the warmer to long. Staff should never be upset when someone wants fresh food.

When we pulled into the drive thru, the order taker was unresponsive and unprofessional. After waiting to place our order, we asked about a picture of a Seagrams Lime on the menu board, his response was “I don’t know what any of that is out there”. We continued our order which took extremely long because he kept asking us to repeat as you could hear him laughing and bantering with someone else in the background. When we approached pick up window, our entire order was wrong, from size, flavor or drink, and style of nuggets. After we got what we thought was a corrected order, we were almost out the parking lot to realize the food was still incorrect. We returned to the store to be met by a manager who instantly passed blamed and stated “it’s not my fault this ain’t my store”. Several other managers one of which was on the phone were laughing and playing with the crew while we waiting on a refund. We were told we could not get a receipt because the printers were down. The entire experience was almost unreal. Everyone we encountered was unprofessional and uncaring except for the young Caucasian girl in the pick up window. Absolutely worst service ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. But in today’s workforce climate we have come to accept it, we won’t be back to Wendy’s just another place to check off our list of places to never patronize.

Waited 20 minutes in line, got our order, peeked in the bag and saw nuggets so thought it was fine. Drove off without a receipt and realized we had the wrong order, which was dramatically less than what we originally ordered. Went to get back in line but didn’t want to wait another 20+ minutes. Very disappointing that the employees did not have a better system.
