My husband and I visited the Savannah Ga location of Zales. We was helped by a lovely lady by the name of Ms. Melody Williams. She was very helpful and attentive to our needs. She explained the warranties and took time with us. She was not pushy. She is a very friendly person. I loved my that. I will definitely be back. Please ask for Ms. Melody Williams she is the best.

My husband and I visited Zales Outlet on Memorial Day. We were greeted as soon as we walked in....I want to especially thank Jameka for her patience, professionalism, and attentiveness...I wasn't sure what I wanted so she took the time to show me different anniversary sets... Abby was incredible. My husband and I have been visiting Savannah Georgia for 27 years. This trip was extra special for us both because we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Abby listened to exactly what I wanted, was patient and very helpful!! I love my ring! I’m thankful for Abby!

I walked in and was so indecisive on what I should get my niece for her birthday. Ms.Camisha greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel a little more confident in what I was looking for! She let me browse for a while before seeing if I needed any additional help or have any questions. She was very helpful during my visit and will definitely be back!
