Palisades at Rice Hope

Apartments
Hours: Palisades at Rice Hope offers a variety of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments in the Port Wentworth area, just a short drive from Pooler, Rincon, and Garden City. The apartments feature energy-efficient appliances, wood-style vinyl flooring, and designer cabinetry, providing a comfortable living experience. The community offers a range of amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool, covered yoga area, and an elite fitness center. Residents have reported a positive overall experience, with the application and move-in process being smooth and the apartments being clean and move-in ready. The maintenance staff is described as polite, respectful, and knowledgeable, and they ensure the apartment is tidy after completing their work. However, some residents have expressed disappointment with the lack of follow-through from the leasing office regarding issues such as unauthorized tenants and abandoned vehicles in the parking lot. Additionally, a few potential residents have noted concerns about the cleanliness of the grounds, including the presence of dog waste and bugs. Despite these mixed reviews, many residents seem to be satisfied with their experience at Palisades at Rice Hope, citing the quiet atmosphere and great value for the area as positive aspects of living in the community.
