Just came to check back in on my review only to see they removed it. So here it is again! Housekeeping stole my son’s boots out of our room in March 2025 and the manager on duty was zero help at all with the situation. This place is a total joke. Worst service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Stay ANYWHERE else.

Room was better than expected. Plenty of parking, near I95, stores and restaurants near by. Lobby was very nice. This is what I expect from Hilton as a Diamond member. Very pleased.

Rooms: Excellent room . I read one review. He was saying hard bed . Totally wrong comment. If you will go his house . He May be sleep at floor . Don’t give wrong comment . My truck break down here . So stay here tonight . Very nice room and price . I stay at room number 426 .
