Cashiers don't know what there doing tried to pick up money from moneygram but the teller had no idea how to help me then once I got it straight they didn't even have 50$ in the trller

I just got meds today and there was a note to check attachment and I have someone else information. I can’t walk well and now I have to go to check that the meds are even the right ones. Mistakes happen but to mix up my information with someone else’s is crazy and I’m not secure about the meds now. Let’s not mention I’ve been on hold 30 minutes and counting while writing this review.

The pharmacist and staff ar this CVS location in Port Wentworth are very professional, kind and caring. I observed their interaction with customers when I was there shopping. Later that week needed some meds transferred, they were great, even though they had problems getting the Rx from other pharmacy. I would definitely recommend this location for your prescriptions. Faith

I called in my prescription to be filled and I received a time to come pick it up. I also received a text message stating my prescription would be ready by the same time but once I arrived to pick up my prescription the cashier told me that my prescription was out of stock. I never received a call or text message stating that. I suffer with migraines and I need my prescription. This is totally unacceptable. I still don’t have my prescription filled yet.

Very rude pharmacists very unprofessional. I stood at the counter waiting for help while they were eating and discussing candy no one else at drive up window not even busy finally asked what I needed told me I needed to handle my issue they would not call other pharmacy and transfer my meds even though there fax machine wasn't working. I had to call and tell them to call cvs. Not sure why they could not pick up the phone. One was faxed over but yet one was not. And this is why I switched after 22 years. Rudest people working there now and LAZY

I bypassed the over the phone experience of how they answered, but this interaction in person was unbelievable. I called to ask to see if my children and I could get our flu shots from them to save me driving to base, I was told yes, even gave them how many people to be exact. I get there they looked dumb founded and lost, then proceeded to tell us how understaffed they were with no aid in coming up with a resolution for the situation. I then offered that half of my family got the shots and the other half later they still looked lost. Take the "Walk-ins are welcome!" Sign down and just say if you could please make an appointment so we could stop filling prescriptions for a minute to aid others in getting the shots. This was a bit much....I know we all get overwhelmed at times but decorum and proper communication is everything. I think it's time we all revisit.

Pharmacy Clerk Staff is very rude. If you do not like helping people who are sick or need meds perhaps find another career path. Getting an attitude because you are out of amoxicillin for a child’s ear infection and we ask if there are other pharmacies in the area that have it in stock and you catch an attitude like I’m disturbing your day when I have a 6 year old with fevers and in pain! Do better CVS before you meet the wrong customer one day ?? ?
