The pharmacist and staff ar this CVS location in Port Wentworth are very professional, kind and caring. I observed their interaction with customers when I was there shopping. Later that week needed some meds transferred, they were great, even though they had problems getting the Rx from other pharmacy. I would definitely recommend this location for your prescriptions. Faith

I called in my prescription to be filled and I received a time to come pick it up. I also received a text message stating my prescription would be ready by the same time but once I arrived to pick up my prescription the cashier told me that my prescription was out of stock. I never received a call or text message stating that. I suffer with migraines and I need my prescription. This is totally unacceptable. I still don’t have my prescription filled yet.

Very rude pharmacists very unprofessional. I stood at the counter waiting for help while they were eating and discussing candy no one else at drive up window not even busy finally asked what I needed told me I needed to handle my issue they would not call other pharmacy and transfer my meds even though there fax machine wasn't working. I had to call and tell them to call cvs. Not sure why they could not pick up the phone. One was faxed over but yet one was not. And this is why I switched after 22 years. Rudest people working there now and LAZY

I bypassed the over the phone experience of how they answered, but this interaction in person was unbelievable. I called to ask to see if my children and I could get our flu shots from them to save me driving to base, I was told yes, even gave them how many people to be exact. I get there they looked dumb founded and lost, then proceeded to tell us how understaffed they were with no aid in coming up with a resolution for the situation. I then offered that half of my family got the shots and the other half later they still looked lost. Take the "Walk-ins are welcome!" Sign down and just say if you could please make an appointment so we could stop filling prescriptions for a minute to aid others in getting the shots. This was a bit much....I know we all get overwhelmed at times but decorum and proper communication is everything. I think it's time we all revisit.

Pharmacy Clerk Staff is very rude. If you do not like helping people who are sick or need meds perhaps find another career path. Getting an attitude because you are out of amoxicillin for a child’s ear infection and we ask if there are other pharmacies in the area that have it in stock and you catch an attitude like I’m disturbing your day when I have a 6 year old with fevers and in pain! Do better CVS before you meet the wrong customer one day ?? ?

Terrible location. Nasty attitude and lying about goodrx prices. I confirmed prices on website however this location lied and wouldn't show me the screen and the numbers they were showing. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. They are just rude and nasty

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever in my life had to deal with. The customer service is the worst. I hope Brent Thomas the pharmacy manager does something soon because I don't see how they continue service at this location. They have you standing there forever just to come to you with a attitude. There is a younger black girl ( couldn't get her name ) who attitude is so nasty I don't see how she got a job working in a pharmacy or any job for that matter. I watched her be rude to another customer asking about his medication. Another staff member had to come toassist her. If you can find other place to get your prescription I advise you do because I left there with no clue when my medication would even be ready. Once I pick up I will not be coming back.

Utterly the worst pharmacy and customer service. I can hardly believe that they are even in business at this location. The techs are utterly the rudest and incompetent. Likely not their fault, because they seem like they have zero training prior to serving customers. There’s only been one male who was nice, the rest don’t stay from one month to the next. I don’t know why they can’t keep employees but it is just terrible here. I keep putting up with it because I don’t want to drive farther but I’m pretty much sure it would be worth the extra effort at this point.

Trash pharmacy!! Unorganized and unprofessional. CVS corporate please pay attention to bad reviews on this location and take action!!!! This is a horribly ran location and needs attention!!!!!!
