The truck I bought was in nearly perfect condition. I did run into a transmission sensor issue that was no ones fault, just bad luck. I brought the vehicle already as is but Mr. Shearouse still helped me with the repair cost even though he didn't have too.

“I financed a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan with New ride. They're very nice people. However I regret to say that I've had nothing but problems with the vehicle. Started throwing a code saying there's a misfire on Cylinder 6 so I replaced all the spark plugs and all the ignition coils the problem went away for a few days and then the engine light again same thing misfire on Cylinder 6 so now I'm trying to get the money to replace all the fuel injectors if that doesn't fix it then it's a problem with the motor itself in the valve train. I called and they mentioned that the mechanic had cleaned the fuel injectors which leads me to believe that maybe it was a fuel injector problem to begin with I hope anyway. I bought the van because the oil was clean it seemed to run good you can see the new gaskets and everything and it only had 89,000 Mi on it. And the body and interior are Mint Condition pretty much. I bought this in hopes of being able to start a business but now I'm just in the hole with $7,000 worth of financing to go. I was hoping that this vehicle could dig me out financially for my family instead it has done the opposite. I don't know if maybe it's their mechanic because as far as I can tell the men that runs it with his wife really has no idea about vehicles when it comes to fixing them but I don't know that either. So I would say if you shop here to test drive it and test drive the crap out of it straight to the nearest parts house to have it hooked up to a computer. At this point I don't know what I'm going to do I was hoping to build my credit and open a business but if I can't even drive the vehicle to make money I'm going to have a repo on my credit I just wish I would have stayed home.

More information on the 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan purchased here October 19th 2025. Van has completely quit cranking engine light is flashing signifying the misfire problem has reached a critical level. So now I get to figure out if I'm going to have a repo on my credit or not I really appreciate the sheer honesty and diligence of the people here at this car lot and telling me all these issues existed when what they actually said was there are no mechanical problems. What they meant was they took the OBD2 hooked it up turned off the engine lights and everything to get it off the lot to me. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. And speaking with an attorney. Do not buy a vehicle from these people.

Update: it is now December 14th 2025 and the van still isn't running. I've bought specialty tools galore. Not to mention a cam. Had to bring it to WV to have it worked on by my son in law as he can do it free. An I don't have $2000. Was gonna open my business with this van. Now my children go without Christmas because of this hunk of junk these people sold me. They did their deceptive jobs flawlessly. No dash lights till a week off the lot. Hopefully by February or so we can get it done. Working in snow and ice with frozen tools is nearly impossible. Please DON'T buy from this place. Im also reporting them to the better business bureau.”

“I purchased out right a 2016 Volvo XC60 from them on March 7th 2026 which is a beautiful running vehicle that I really wanted to keep. But unfortunately it had some drive train issues and a transmission leak that cldnt be covered by the warranty because I went over the miles. So I called them to tell them what the issues were on it and how much it was going to cost to get it fixed less than 2 months of owning it. They allowed me to come trade it for another vehicle of equal or less value I paid for my Volvo. I end up getting a beautiful 2012 Acura MDX that appears to be in good condition as well. I’ve been reading these reviews and don’t understand why people continue to blame the company?
I’ve bought many used cars which were sold as is, if you don’t understand what that means then you shouldn’t purchase a used car.
Used cars, especially high mileage used cars will develop problems, maybe a month, a year, or even longer down the road, but eventually it will need repair.
I bought new cars before that had problems months after my purchase, but I had a warranty with the new cars.
If you buy a used car take out a warranty on it.
Before purchasing a used car check out everything on it, the oil level, water level, transmission level, etc., look underneath to see if you can see any type of oil scattered on the bottom of the oil pan or engine, look for rust and possible damage from a wreck. If you’re not doing these things then don’t complain when something goes wrong.
When dealers receive vehicles this is what they do, they don’t intentionally try to sell you a lemon, because if they did they wouldn’t be in business for long.
Quit blaming them for things out of their control.
I guess people feel it’s easier to blame or be mad at someone else other than themselves.
Remember, just check out any purchase completely, and if it doesn’t feel right in your gut, don’t buy it.
