“i've had tires done here, which took all day and involved a drop off. i know they are always busy, there are cars always in the lot and that's probably great for business. but i have to go to other shops in town because i cannot wait that long or drop off at 7 am with the "hopes" it is done by close. they are losing a lot of business opportunities for sure”

“These guys taught me a few things.. like there is an “A” PM service and a “B” PM service.
They hooked my rig up with automatic AC and changed my oil which was more like the in-between “A-B” option LOL.

“I showed up unexpected and dropped my car off the tow truck and said “please help me”. They did not hesitate to fit me in for a diagnosis and were EXTREMELY compassionate as I was a sobbing mess (alone in a strange place stranded hundreds of miles from home and hundreds of miles from my husband). They were so reassuring and kind. All in all my car was a mess too and not fixable in the moment but they talked me through everything-even where I could get food and alcohol to drown my worries while I waited for my husband to rescue me. It really was a terrible day for me and these strangers welcomed me and laughed with me (provably at me too-I was a disaster). They even called to check in on me in the evening to make sure I made it home safely. They were amazing-hands down the best service I’ve had in my entire life. Literally. Thank you!”

“We had to stop by MS Tire today on the way home from the lake due to a truck tire delaminating. They took off the bad tire and replaced and balanced with another tire. Owner didn't like the tire he had installed and installed another tire and balanced it also.They stopped what they were doing to help us. The cost was more than reasonable. My question is would I go to them again and the answer is yes.”
