“Mr.Donaldson was a life safer for my child and I after being stranded alone on the highway for 2 hours today. Amazing customer service, and great prices. This man was working his tail off in that shop alone and he still got it done. 10 out of 10 would recommend!🙏”

“We found Kreider Repair by recommendation when my daughter's car broke down along I-16. They were courteous, quick to get back with us and got her car repaired after a thorough investigation as to what was wrong. Daniel explained the issues well and I was impressed with the level of service. This was a pleasant surprise for someone breaking down from out-of-town.”

I had a warranty on my vehicle and at first the company said they couldn't do it but they called back and it got approved. Very impressed with them. “The ONLY place my husband will willingly buy parts. Also, as a female we have such a stigma on us but At GT they never make me feel any less than my mechanic. They help me get the right parts and help me if I'm wrong. Knowledgeable friendly staff.”

“These guys taught me a few things.. like there is an “A” PM service and a “B” PM service. They hooked my rig up with automatic AC and changed my oil which was more like the in-between “A-B” option LOL. Nice people!”

“I showed up unexpected and dropped my car off the tow truck and said “please help me”. They did not hesitate to fit me in for a diagnosis and were EXTREMELY compassionate as I was a sobbing mess (alone in a strange place stranded hundreds of miles from home and hundreds of miles from my husband). They were so reassuring and kind. All in all my car was a mess too and not fixable in the moment but they talked me through everything-even where I could get food and alcohol to drown my worries while I waited for my husband to rescue me. It really was a terrible day for me and these strangers welcomed me and laughed with me (provably at me too-I was a disaster). They even called to check in on me in the evening to make sure I made it home safely. They were amazing-hands down the best service I’ve had in my entire life. Literally. Thank you!”
