They did not hesitate to fit me in for a diagnosis and were EXTREMELY compassionate as I was a sobbing mess (alone in a strange place stranded hundreds of miles from home and hundreds of miles from my husband). They were so reassuring and kind. All in all my car was a mess too and not fixable in the moment but they talked me through everything-even where I could get food and alcohol to drown my worries while I waited for my husband to rescue me. It really was a terrible day for me and these strangers welcomed me and laughed with me (provably at me too-I was a disaster). They even called to check in on me in the evening to make sure I made it home safely. They were amazing-hands down the best service I’ve had in my entire life. Literally. Thank you!”
