I was just there yesterday, but not for any services. I'd recently had an incident with my car and knew something was wrong/ different with the way it was driving. David took a look underneath and immediately spotted the issue. Not only did he explain to me in detail what the problem was, David took the time to provide a website to order the parts I needed, gave me a guesstimate of the parts and labor, AND recommended a couple of nearby service providers.
I left feeling much less anxious and empowered to pursue the repair on my own. David even said that if I need help with anything we went over OR if I don't receive great service from the places he recommended, let him know because he takes his job seriously, especially when he puts his name on the line with referrals.
People...I haven't received that level of top notch customer service in a long, long time. As a customer, I didn't leave there simply satisfied, but delighted!!”
“For the most part, they’re really good. Cleaning the glass is another issue. When I pull in, I tell him my main concern is my Glass particularly my front windshield. I don’t mind paying the $50 if I get a good job. But three trips in I still got smears on my front glass. Very disappointed today.”

“Soak City Car Wash is the best car wash in South Fulton, GA! They have the lowest prices in the city and you don’t have to worry about their equipment scratching your car’s! All their services are done in a timely manner, they keep the lobby clean and everyone is friendly. I enjoy coming here because when I became I member, getting a wash is simple and quick and they don’t put stickers on your car!!! Y’all should check this place out!”
“I’m not sure why I didn’t sign up before now. I like the fact I can drive thru anytime I want (when open of course). I drive a lot and get down dirt roads often enough I need a wash. I probably go thru 2-3 times a week. It’s very convenient.”
“Caliber Car wash has incredibly attentive and helpful employees. While I was cleaning my car, I ended up locked out. When I had to call a locksmith who tried to upcharge me, the employees defended me from being taken advantage of and demanded they give me a fair rate. They also stayed with me so I felt safe.
