For years my prescriptions had been filled at the CVS on Austell RD, Marietta. They were always pleasant and efficient, so when that location was closed I moved my account to the Powder Springs CVS at 2091 Lost Mountain Rd, expecting the same type of service. They were as similar as chalk and cheese. I've never had a clerk, much less a pharmacist be rude and abusive, but there's a first time for everything. This employee needs some serious customer service training, or to be kept away from people. There may be some unusual circumstances involved. Most people with her attitude would not maintain their employment for long. I regularly receive a 3 month supply of blood pressure medication from CVS. Usually I get a phone call advising it's ready a week or two before I'm due to run out, but this time I noticed I was down to a few pills, so I called to enquire. The pharmacy was closed for lunch, but the robot helper advised that my drugs had been ordered and would be ready the following Saturday after 9AM. Having experienced delays here before, I arrived on Monday to be told there was no prescription ready or, as far as I could tell, even ordered. I had already checked w/my doctors office and confirmed they sent the request. The pharmacist told me they had nothing to do w/the robot line-I thought it was a reflection of what's happening at the store, or what's the point? and proceeded to Yell at me, they didn't have any in stock, she'd have to check her orders etc. This is a standard generic medication, not rare or unusual. Apparently it was my fault she did not have the order prepared. When I tried to get confirmation of just when I could expect my order-which was supposed to be there 2 days before-she became angry and stormed off. This is not the way adults handle situations, especially when they are in the wrong. All I wanted was an apology for my wasted time and a confirmed date to pick up. Instead I was assaulted with a catalogue of her incompetence and hateful speech. The customer is not welcome here. I left and had the prescription transferred to Wal-Mart Neighborhood Pharmacy, where the agent there apologized that she had only 1 bottle in stock, but could have all 3 the next day-and she did. I should have left them sooner. This wasn't the first time that woman was disrespectful. Another time they were simply unable to get the drug I needed. After days of being put off-they had filled my other prescriptions-I finally called to inquire when I could expect it to be filled. This time the pharmacist made excuses, yelled at me over the phone and then hung up on me. I had it sent to Wal-Mart, they promised it in 24 hours and called me back 5 hours later to advise it was ready. There are lot's of pharmacy choices. I won't be returning here for further demonstrations of inadequacy and abuse. I advise this property be avoided. This location has proven it is unable to provide life-saving drugs needed in a timely manner, and has no consideration for their clientele. Don't take the risk of wasting your time and endangering your health, or being insulted by supposed professionals. Be rude to your customers-they'll go away.

Horrible service by pharmacist Vincent. Rude is an understatement. He should be fired. With all of these horrible reviews I can't believe CVS keeps this extremely rude person handling people's prescriptions. The reviews speaks volumes. They deserve ZERO stars. I had to give them one so I could leave a review. I have called corporate to advise as well. Very Very Rude and unacceptable!

Very RUDE cashier (apparently manager) named Olange, I went in there to ask for a head wrap for after my wisdom teeth removal, I was in a lot of pain. Olange ignored me and walked away when I approached her to see if she could help, she was helping someone else. The fact that she just looked me in the eye and walked off was very Rude, she didn’t even say a word, she could have said she was helping someone else and she would be with me in a little bit. But she didn’t. When I went to the register to check out I told her she needed better customer service and that she was very rude. Never going back! Olange should not be managing this store at ALL with her bad service. 2/21/2024

This is one of many reasons why this CVS is 2.5 Star. No professionals in the building.

I've gone to this location on more than one occasion and the restrooms are always out of order. The staff is unhelpful and inattentive to the customers.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Routine prescriptions that I take every day are such a hassle to refill. The app does not work and staff has even said “it’s hit or miss”. Trying to get them on the phone is a nightmare and the automated phone service is terrible. Every time I call to refill, it’s as if I have never been there before. Takes days and multiple in-person visits and phone calls to get anything done. Please do something at the corporate level to address this, CVS.

The wait time is ridiculous!! They apparently have more work than they can currently handle in an acceptable manner. Monopolizing the pharmaceutical industry but not being able to provide satisfactory service is a big part of the issue with CVS. I arrived early for an immunization appointment as to not show up late and hold up the process. Checked in 15 minutes prior since they won't let you check in any earlier. Then waited over 30 more minutes to be told there was another person ahead of me although that person arrived well after me. 45+ minutes after arriving I left without the immunization because I have other obligations and don't have unlimited time to be idly wasted!

Absolutely horrible customer service trying to get a drive through Covid 19 test. Appointment provided by website was not really available. Was asked to return three hours later. Waited approximately a half hour in car line (being first in line) and after test was told to expect results in one hour. Four and a half hours later no results, tried calling the pharmacy and sat on hold 17 minutes with no answer, finally gave up. All of this for an out of pocket cost of $70.

I have never had such terrible customer service. Because of such bad service, it had been a year or two since I used them. When my doctor accidentally sent it here, I thought certainly they had to have improved over this time. They absolutely didn’t. The last straw about a year ago was when I was put on hold for 45 minutes. I waited 30 minutes at home, then drove to the store, waited in line on speaker while on hold, and then pointed out to the clerk at the register that I was still on hold on the phone. Plus, I realized by shopping on GoodRx that their prices are significantly higher than most places. Today, there are four or five people working in the pharmacy. I waited at the drive up window for almost 10 minutes while they ignored me. I finally got help and the woman told me I’d have to come inside for insurance questions. I told her I had just waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the window, and she told me I should come inside anyway because it’s faster. It’s also flu and Covid season, so it makes no sense to go inside when people are sick. Regardless, I went inside, and the same woman avoided eye contact again, while I waited in line for almost 10 more minutes. When I told the pharmacist, he said my insurance was fine the whole time. I explained to him that this was managed poorly, and he just looked at me and asked if I still wanted to purchase this. He could not have cared less. Finally, I asked who I need to talk to, and he said him- he would mention it to her. Never an apology. This kind of ridiculousness is the only kind of service I have ever experienced from this place. Considering that medicines are cheaper almost everywhere else, including across the street at Kroger, I have no idea why anyone still uses this CvS

Service is horrific. Not sure why they don't shut down this store.Apparently they don't have enough staff. They never answer the phone and never have medication in. Hold times are hours. People are dying I am sure because they can’t get their prescriptions in a timely manner. Please take your business to Wal-mart or Costco. I hate dealing with this place.

Made an appointment for vaccines at 5:00 PM didn't see me until 6:00 PM. Technical issues on their side. I don't believe their on line app works. Very unorganized and I don't believe the person giving the vaccines new how to do procedure correctly (my arms informed me).

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. It’s close to my house so that’s why i went. Now I’ll drop be to another. Oh, the whole pharmacy goes to lunch at 1:30. That’s ridiculous
