The servers were very helpful & friendly. I received my order in a short period of time & enjoyed it immensely!!!!! I will definitely return to this Dairy Queen!!!!!It was free as I am a new resident in this area.

Order takers don't listen to you when placing order.my order had fries and i ordered onion rings took fries out threw them away told them lettuce, tomatoe and mayo only my burger had ketchup,mustard, mayo and pickle no lettuce or tomato

Superbly crafted dipped cone. The coneista at the cone station dips the ice cream in such a manner that the chocolate creates a seal around the top of the cone and delivers drip free enjoyment. Here's to you, ice cream dipper man. I wish I had your name so everyone could ask for you personally.

Me and My sister went here yesterday. She order 6 barbecue chicken fingers and fries. I order 4 barbecue chicken fingers and onion rings . Our food wasn't hot . The ranch dressing was water down . My sister took back to the counter . The manager say we just made this morning. This manager right here always getting smart. Every time you go in here. So she didn't say anything about the food . I spend $ 22.00 dollars in food and $9.00 dollars in Dessert. I feel like I need my money back or gift card .will be fine. We got home both us was sick . In the bathroom all day to the next day.I won't the Store Manger to Contact me. I will not return here. The manager need a Customer Service Class.

Being a single mother of five, these moments of being splurg on a simple delightful treat for the kiddos is what I thrive for everyday as mother. So it was very unfortunate to drive 15mins to my local DQ and be disappointed with you guys being closed so early!google says you close at 10pm and I was surprised to see you closed at 9:20pm! Worse experience ever, I HONESTLY don't know how this dairy queen is still open!! Shelby needs to be retrained on customer service. Sorry not sorry! Just don't waste your time or money here!!

Rude, nasty service. The food was double fried. And asked to replace order for fresh but would not do it. The owner said they can refried anything. Did not care about are food how it was handle. I wouldn't even give my dog the food.it was that bad. The lady that said she was the owner (shelby) didn't care about us calling the 1800. Said she got all the complaints and didn't give a dam because she got all the calls. And wouldn't do anything about it. She didn't care. The worst $20 spent. Don't go there. Honest is the best thing. Don't believe a thing this owner or manager has to say. It's all a lie. The other customers were saying the same thing how rude she was and couldn't believe she was the owner. Nasty. And I will make sure I tell everyone about this dairy queen and her.

This DQ is very rude! They served me a burger with wet buns and refused to issue a refund when I felt uncomfortable eating there. I called to speak with the owners and a manger was very rude over the phone. THIS IS NOT A SAFE RESTAURANT.

Do not waste your time here. They literally MICROWAVE the burgers and hotdogs. The blizzards are almost always a soupy mess or completely lacking ingredients. Management is a nightmare. The owner is rude and will refuse to give you a refund, only giving you the option of reordering the same item over and over until it comes out properly (which never happens). You will spend 20+ minutes in this drive through line to get a burger that was microwaved and most likely still comes out wrong.
