Our Robinair 1234 YF machine was loosing Freon, I got their number from The Robinair manufacturer, I spoke to a Mr. Tommy, he told meet that it may be next week before he could send someone out, the next day a very young looking tech. showed up (never judge a book by it's cover), he was very knowledgeable with our machine and had the problem fixed in a very reasonable time and price, we will be using them for all our service on our machine.

Called to have our Robinair machine repaired. Was advised that they would be out in 1 week. They did not show up or call. Called them again and left a message regarding our situation. They did not return the call and have never showed up. :( I give them 0 stars for not showing up or calling! Roswell Auto Center

Called to schedule warranty work on my a/c machine. They were able to walk me thru getting it fixed over the phone. A+ service

I had one of their techs come out to service our A/C machine, he was quick and got the machine calibrated properly within an hour. The problem was after the service the machine kept losing refrigerant out of the recovery tank so I knew something was wrong. I called the company again and got someone on the phone and explained the situation, immediately the person on the phone claimed it wasn't anything they did and said it was a bad pressure valve of some sort and that he would call me back to help diagnose the problem. I did not believe this was the case and took apart the machine myself and found a loose connection on the recovery tank that was just recently calibrated by their technician. The representative from the company did call back (a big plus) and tried to help which was good customer service on their part but I already explained that I fixed the machine myself. He still denied it was because of the loose connection which surprised me to be honest, I would have appreciated it if he just told the truth. I have a background in HVAC so I am not completely oblivious to how things function and I just didn't feel like proving my point. I am sure this is a great company but it's good practice to listen to your paying customers (especially first time clients) without automatically disregarding the fact the one of their employees could have made a small mistake. We're all human after all...
