Do not use the option to scan your check for a deposit. I did earl this morning, the funds are still unavailable. This sets my project back an entire day. This is not good customer service at all. If I had the time, I would have went to the real location, however this company has created a problem. There should have been a warning they do not give same-day customer service

HORRIBLE BANK! The employees are rude. Especially the bank manager, Brittani. Incredibly unhelpful! I opened a business checking account two days ago. I have already been locked out of the account - 2 attempts is all you get- and while I thought that the giant folder the manager, Brittani gave me would have all of my information so that I could get back into my account, but it turns out she never gave me one single piece of paper with my information on it. I have no idea where she even mailed by debit card because she didn't ask or tell me anything, even though I had specifically told her I was moving/traveling for work.I had to call Brittani 4 times before I could get a hold of her. She never responded to my voicemails or called me back so I called her every hour until she would pick up the phone.HOW IN THE WORLD does anyone do business with you???

Went to this branch almost a month ago to get last name changed and order a new card bc my chip doesn't work. Just found out A MONTH later the card was never ordered. Basically feeling lied to from this branch . Requested card today through app and asked to expedite my card to me and they tell me I must pay 30! . I will be leaving this bank sooner than later

Terrible. I had a cashiers check under my name to pay off my car loan and they told me it's supposed to be under 5/3 bank. They told me to go to a bank that a bank with to deposit or cash the check. It's like they didn't want the money. To make things worse I drive 40 minutes through winding roads to get there and they didn't even make an attempt to help me. what a waste of 1 hour and a half . Plus now it delays things for me to sell my car because the banks close this weekend

If you want to go to a good bank fifth third should be the last bank you wanna go to I deposit a check With a large amount of money I have bills that have to be paid and I need my money to clear I’m being told that I probably will not be able to see the money that I made till the 28th of October so if you’re looking for a good bank to bank with this should be your last option very last option I would even recommend someone to go to Bank of America before going to fifth third you will never see your money or they’ll just say that your money is fake and that’s why they don’t let it go through you can do better than this bank worst bank I’ve ever bank with if you want to go to a good bank go to LGE that’s the best bank that I’ve ever been at It’s 1000 times better than fifth third And I honestly should’ve stayed instead of letting fifth third talk me into banking with them

Worst customer service ever. They told my husband one thing over the phone, then change their story about what was required when I arrived at the bank. The teller lied to me telling me she was the manager, when that was not the case. Closing our account and never using them again!

Now that I have closed my accounts with them; I can speak on my experience. I have been banking with them since 2015. The banking aesthetic and mobile banking is great. However, I closed my account solely based on the branches’ customer service. Ever single branch has been AWFUL. It almost like they hate to see customers coming. No greeting, no smile, no engagement, NO NOTHING! You basically have to pull the tellers’ teeth just to be acknowledged. I got so sick of this treatment from every branch I visited that I just finally closed all 3 accounts and went to Bank of America. Their customer service is impeccable from the call center to the branch. Also, I don’t have to beg a teller to notice I need help.

Best bank I ever used they always got my back they are family back community back they are here for the people when we need them they are simply and unique not like them other big brand name bank they are the local bank when u need then if u need a free checking account or a savings they are the bank to go too they open late so no rush going to the bank they close late on Saturday they are the best here it from me the business man him selfThank u 53 ?

Not only did they decrease my credit limit for no reason from $7,000 to $1,700 but did not give me a heads up or reason for doing it. When I called they just said out of precaution but I’ve always made my payments on time. Very disappointing and horrible experience. I know I won’t get an actual response and no resolution and the poor response to this review will be to give them a call that will just be a waste of time.

Updated review. I filed a formal complaint with the CFPB and about a week later got a phone call (went to voice mail) from someone in the Bank's Office of the President, which is a fancy term for people, just as in Comcast and AT&T who have little power to actually resolve a problem, but sound important. The voice mail said that this person would be investigating my situation and getting me a response. That was three weeks ago and still nothing for an account that was open for two weeks. Now we see that this miserable bank has a scandal similar to Wells Fargo, with sales reps opening accounts without permission, to generate fees and to meet sales goals. Stay away, stay far away. I would now like to give a negative two star rating.

This is the second time I have used their ATM and on the ATM it says fee is 2.50, but after I use it it charges me $5.00 after I take my money out. When I brought it up to them last time they said they couldn't do anything about it. I am soooooo done. Here I thought it was a glitch with the one, but apparently not. I used one in one location and the other in a different location. Thieves that's all I gotta say.

Worst banking experience EVER! I went to them and deposited a CASH deposit of Over 4GRAND. The teller made the deposit abd placed a HOLD on my acct not allowing me access to my funds until 4 DAYS later. My rent and amonst other bills were LATE due to THEIR MISTAKE. I went up to the bank to speak with manager several times and she would avoid me. PER FCC deposit regulations this company BROKE THE LAW. I have a letter from company ADMITTING fault however REFUSED to repay me the 250.00 late fee for my rent. We wont ecen mention everything i Missed due to it being labor day holiday and my card was being declined EVERYWHERE. I was literraly stuck on the side of the road unable to order my Uber. I experienced many hardships that weekend and the ONLY thing I asked for was my 250 late fee for rent reimbursed. The manager asked for a letter from my landlord. I came to the bank WITH my landlord and letter, as per usual NO MANAGER FOUND. I left the letter and when the manager responded she said letter wasnt enough! This still has Yet to be resolved! I need corporate to contact me. Ive even taken out cash deposits and the teller absent mindly handed MY $1050.00 to the person next to me...CARELESS! Horrible banking experiences! The absolute WORST!
