If you’re thinking of leg warmers and leotards - think again! The workouts are ever-changing, challenging, and most importantly they are fun! The instructors create a welcoming, supportive environment no matter your skill level. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Love this classes the environment is wonderful and they tell you every step best exercise I ever been too !! They make you feel very welcome!!!
