Kroger is an absolute joke. If I could give 0stars I would! On June 11th I placed a pick up order. On a June 12th I picked up the order. I was charged $250 for the order and another $250 prior authorization hold was placed on my account. Still, today it has not been released. I will NEVER place another purchase at Kroger in store or online. Their customer service representatives are horrible and some of the most rude individuals I have ever spoken with. When I asked to speak with a direct supervisor the last lady I was talking with told me I could hang up and try again but she wasn't putting me through to anyone else.

Just came back from Kroger's on a Sunday afternoon. The first thing they were no push carts. . Then I went to the produce section And there are no plastic bags by any of the potatoes or onions. Who manages a store and whoever they are they need to be fired. The bathrooms are never really clean either. There's also not enough help in the pharmacy. I like shopping at Kroger for the convenience, but Publix is so much nicer.

Drive thru is closed due to "understaffing" but there's nothing online that lets a customer know that before coming to the store. I choose to use the drive thru pharmacy exclusively and know that there are disabled customers who do so as well. If the feature isn't going to be available, you need to let customers know that so they can make a different choice in pharmacies if they have a disability, condition or illness that prevents them from entering the store.I called from right outside the store, asked about the drive thru, was told they were understaffed, explained that it wasn't posted online that the drive thru was unavailable and I would need to move my Rxs if that was the case. I was told to "do that if that's what you think you should." I asked to speak to the manager, was told the Pharmacist manages the pharmacy not the store manager and that the pharmacist was busy but I could hold. I held for close to 10 minutes. I decided to go into the store to pickup the medication that I needed and couldn't wait the time it would take to research another in network pharmacy with an open as advertised drivethru and transfer my Rx there and the cash register I was rang up on didn't work well enough for me to see my total before swiping my card. The pharmacist was working one register while another woman with braids (if I remember correctly) worked the other. There was a tall man with curly hair in a ponytail/bun and a woman with longish brown hair with chunky highlights (which is who I believe I spoke with on the phone because the only other woman besides her and the pharmacist is the person who rang me up and she had an accent while the person I spoke with on the phone did not).I understand being short staffed, but my experience is due to poor management on the part of the store and poor customer service on the part of the person I spoke with on the phone. The unavailability of the drive thru needs to be posted online and part of the notification that a customer's prescription is ready. The response from the person who answered the phone did not include an apology for the inconvenience or a speedy offer to transfer my Rx to a more accessible pharmacy. Neither of those things requires additional staff to execute.

Do not get curbside pick-up or delivery from this location. They forget items, and even more aggravating, there is no way to call and speak to a human being, or even leave a message and have someone call you back. I'm not talking about items that are out of stock that they do not charge you for, but things that are in stock. Tonight I ordered 3 boxes of waffles. I got one box but was still charged for all 3. I have had problems with curbside at this location before too. I will continue to shop in store here for the convenience of the location & lower prices, but I will drive further to another Kroger if I have to do curbside again. Or I will make them stand there and wait on me while I do a full inventory. Update: Almost 3 hours after I picked up my order, Kroger sent me an updated receipt which indicated they were out of the waffles. Items being out of stock is understandable these days, but the revised receipt should have been available a lot sooner, like before I picked up my order, and there should be some way to call and speak to a human.

Always great, friendly employees!! However, they should NOT have the attendants cleaning, taking out trash, etc.. Its Koroger being cheap and unfair to their employees and it causes an unnecessarily long wait too often for paying customers..

If your looking for good & fast service you should definitely go to this Kroger! I've been to multiple Kroger's and I have to say this is by far my favorite! My daughters prescription is always on time and they always have the medicine in stock, which is a blessing. As for produce, my children loves the fresh fruits in vegetables! Plus this year Easter I was every where looking for eggs and everyone was sold out... of course because the Cov19 I'm sure but Kroger's Powder Springs was fully stocked! This made my day to give my little ones Easter eggs after being sold out on the entire planet! I love good customer service that's all I get coming to this grocery store.

This unfortunately is my least favorite Kroger. The customer service is typically great but the options are limited. I think a renovation is in order but It is my most convenient market so if I want more variety, like cheeses bar or anti-pasta or sushi off to Dallas Road I must go! The young ladies that work the customer service counter are consistently pleasant. I have had my car light smashed by a cart in the parking lot but of course that was a one star customer and no reflection on the business. Unfortunately it was out of view of their cameras but the manager on duty was nice enough about saying he couldn't help lol.

This Kroger location officially sucks. Here is a list of reasons. 1. The store always looks dirty and cluttered. 2. For whatever reason, they are always out of major things people purchase, ie, eggs, meats, bread, the $1 beer. It sucked on Saturday afternoon on 06.22.2019 when I went there to pick up 1 Vidalia onion and a pack of ham hocks, but....Kroger was out of both items. Something about waiting for the trucks to come in. 3. Long lines and the express lane isn't open. If there is a long line in the self check out area...hint hint...open up the express register. 4. Associates who are not knowledgeable. The solution to all of this...I will travel those few extra miles and go to Publix where shopping is a pleasure. An here's why. 1. Publix stores are so clean, organized, and well lit. 2. They have a butcher on site who cuts their beef. Kroger brings in beef from somewhere. Kroger will open their steaks, put them in the display case behind the glass, and call it "fresh". 3. They have the best delis amongst the grocery chains in Atlanta. Have you ever tried their lemon pepper rotisserie chicken? OMG! 4. The overall shopping experience at Publix is excellent and they always have everything I need. I can't ever recall them being out of eggs, bread, onions, etc. Except when there was a snow storm. Those are facts, if you don't believe me, go to this Kroger location when they 1st open at 7 am and try getting a carton of a dozen large eggs. It's a gamble.

Super good price and not usually crowded and if you get a Kroger card and shop at Kroger you can earn up to like .30 cents off per gallon and ALWAYS .03 cents just for being a card holder and it's all free!
