Do not buy gift cards from this store. I bought a $50 Amazon Gift card from this store unopened from behind the counter and the redeem code was scratched off the back. I immediately went back to the store and spoke with the manager about replacing the card and they refused to replace or refund. I called amazon and they won't replace it do to it wasn't purchased through amazon. I can't believe they are selling damaged gift cards and won't do anything about it. Bad business I will never go back.

Bought$200 gift card. Card fraudulent. They refuse to refund money. Said customer has to do all the work. In the meantime they keep my money. It happens so often they have a procedure in place. The card was received from the supplier as fraudulent. They could and should treat customers better.

It's a good store with some nice people working there. The layout of isles and the produce/deli section are big but somehow seem clunky.

I just experienced the worst customer service in my life today in the floral department with the lady Mary in the department. I walked in to inquire about a corsage for my sons prom. This is my first time making this type of purchase so I had questions. I asked if she worked in that department and instantly by her body language and demeanor I could tell she was annoyed like I was bothering her . She responded by saying” what do you want ? do you want to order something or not ? I asked her about the corsages and if she could show me examples of one she stated in a rude tone that she couldn’t help me or show me anything. She was rude with her delivery to where I didn’t want to speak with her any further. After getting the manager named Stephan I explained to him the problem then he walked over to Mary and stated I had questions about a corsage and asked her how long would it take to have a corsage made after it’s ordered she responded to him even in a rude tone saying “ you know how long it takes Stephan.I have to make it” . She was just a rude person and should not be working in customer service . How could you be rude to the customers and your manager? She’s not professional what so ever. I left and went to Publix to make my purchase and received excellent customer service with all my questions answered with out feeling like I was “

I would probably give this Kroger a five if I was accustomed to it. To me it's totally backwards.I read left to right but I do not want to shop left to right. It's very annoying.99% of all grocery stores have the aisles going right to left. I can deal with the occasional oddball store that flips the produce, diary, and meats around ... BUT THE WHOLE STORE. My daughter in-law would love it (she's left handed).

I giving a bad review because the female manager with the gray hair was being rude ,racist,disrespectful, mean and lying to me that I took the Starbucks of the thing even though I did not so she is no good and y’all need to get Rid of her please and thank you and the other employees is nicer then her

After shopping at this Kroger for many years I may not return to this location. The date is 1-14-24 and at approximately 8pm I was shopping and came across two employees bullying a third special needs employee. I have a strong dislike of bullying in general but bullying a special needs person is beyond disgusting. I left the store feeling sick to my stomach.
