Very great gym! The equipment is in great condition. The restrooms are clean. I would recommend this workout anytime to anyone who wants to save money and still get what you pay for.

These guys are great! They work with you at whatever your fitness level is and challenges are. It’s judgement free. They will challenge you, but only to be better than you were yesterday. If you have a bad back, knees, hips or whatever, they will show you modifications to the workout that you can still do. I can’t say enough good things about this team. Check them out yourself.

This fitness center is incomparable to any other. The level of knowledge (having traveled with and cared for Olympic teams) is exceptional. The style of training will make any person of any level feel comfortable working out at their own level while being challenged at the level their at (you can't be too incapable to work hard- they have many modifications- and the stronger and more athletic you are, the more difficult and challenging the workout will be). The wild part is that it's only roughly 20-30mins. I've never had such remarkable results, especially in such a short amount of time.

I really like this place. The trainers are knowledgable and really push you to achieve your goals. I like that they took the time to do an assessment at the beginning of the challenge and the end so you could see your progress. It's different than any other gym I've ever been to... in a good way. The workouts are intense but short... Who wants to workout for 2hrs when you can get the same results in 20 minutes a day. I lost over 30lbs during the challenge. I'm hooked!
