Nails TLC is a full-service nail salon that aims to provide excellent service and ensure customers leave satisfied. They are currently following COVID-19 guidelines, requiring customers to wear masks and taking extra precautions to disinfect areas. One customer, Jill, highly recommends Hailey, who does an amazing job on pedicures, eyebrows, and nails. Jill encourages others to support Hailey and mention her name when visiting. Another customer had a great experience with gel manicures. After being disappointed at another nail salon, they visited Nails TLC on a whim and were extremely satisfied with the result. They expressed excitement about finding their new favorite place. However, another customer had a disappointing experience with an older gentleman who was brash, rough with their hands, and seemed easily aggravated. The customer felt uncomfortable and rushed through the service, resulting in uneven edges and sloppy paint on the cuticles. Although the customer would have preferred to not leave a tip, they did so out of kindness. Despite the convenience of the location, the customer does not plan on returning due to this experience. In summary, Nails TLC strives to provide excellent service, and some customers have had positive experiences with specific nail technicians. However, one customer had a disappointing experience, which may deter them from returning.
First time there. Excellent results. Wait time, though expected, was not bad. We'll be back!
