“Picking the right color! Why does all the colors look alike when you arrive at the paint store?? I went to Sherwin Williams today with a color in mind but then got very confused. Anton at the Dallas Highway location took his time and showed me colors that would look nice in my room. He didn’t make me feel rushed or that he was too busy to assist me. Thank you so very much for your patience and for your expert advice. I Can’t wait to see the paint on the wall?”

“I walked in only to do some comparison shopping and was greeted by the smile of Diamond! I wasn't there long before I knew that I didn't need to go anywhere else. Great customer service from Diamond and all who were there. I will never again buy paint anywhere else but PPG!”

“Great service and a good selection of products. The only issue is that the Duron Weathershield paint is too expensive. Before Duron sold to Sherwin Williams you could get a good price break on the paint. And from my experience painting for 20 plus years the Weathershield was a better choice for your exterior painting verses the Super Paint. However Sherwin Williams has an even better exterior paint than Weathershield or Super Paint which is almost as good as Benjamin Moore. I do prefer their exterior stain products over others. You can’t go wrong with their products. Even their entry level paints are better than Behr.”

“I only visited one time to inquire about paint for my carport. The young man was very helpful and informative. Nothing's easy, but while gathering information for this project, it's more involved to do it correctly. Nice alternative to big box stores.”

“For all you fellow older folks out there: do you remember the days before big-box retailers? Back when finding a specific part or tool meant heading down to your local hardware store, not just to buy what you needed, but to get solid advice from people who actually knew what they were talking about? Or, on the off chance the employees didn’t know, how another customer would overhear you and offer a helpful tip? This is one of those places. It’s like stepping into a time machine back to the '80s. Everybody here is unbelievably polite, courteous, and helpful. They will bend over backwards to make sure you're taken care of, and if they don't have what you need, they will find it for you at another store. This is my new go-to hardware store.”
