DO NOT SHOP AT THE POWDER SPRINGS HOME DEPOT. DO NOT place a special order because that department will not help you. Do not expect the store management team to do something as basic as call you because they will not. We placed a special order for windows and sliding doors in April, six months ago, and to date not all of it has arrived. We got the windows in early June and were told that three of the four sliding doors had arrived and "they were working on getting the fourth door." We heard that from Special Orders for three months. Finally on August 31st I went to the store and asked in person that since the vendor hadn't been able to locate the missing door had they called a surrounding store to find a comparable door? You would have thought they were standing in front of Moses hearing the ten commandments for the first time. One call later and the door was found five miles away. The doors arrived three days later. But, the track for them to slide on was wrong, and no screens. In three months Special Orders didn't ask to see what was sent and waiting in a warehouse was actually correct. We are now working with Customer Care at Corporate. We were told two weeks ago the store manager would call with an update. Apparently his phone is broken and the store no longer has email access because no call, no email. But that follows Special Orders no longer replying to emails, they stopped six weeks ago when they were told the wrong track had been sent. So, do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else.

Hire competent store managers and learn what min/max stock levels are. Basic logistics shouldn't be a challenge for an established multi billion dollar company.

How long does it take to buy a trailer, well if you are at the one on powder springs road, an hour and a half is the answer, your managers didn't know what to do, wood on trailer is badly warped, I told the person at checkout, she didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about, brake lights aren't working either, my husband mentioned that to manager, guy unlocking trailer didn't unlock all the locks then couldn't figure out which key to use

The customer service is top notch. I came to Home Depot to pick up supplies for a raised bed. I don’t do many wood projects and didn’t have a saw at home. Francis one of their lumber associates was so patient he spent two hours helping me pull and cut the wood to all the dimensions needed. They truly made it easy for even me to get a project done. I would recommend this store to everyone.
