This place was amazing. The store owner was present to talk books and an author reading tonight. Great store with great customer service and a wide selection of African American authors you don't find at other stores

The Book Worm in Powder Springs is the heart of this downtown area, and it is so much more than just a bookstore (although it's a wonderful one of those). It brings people together, and there's always something fun and interesting going on there. Love it.

In 2020, The Book Worm gained new ownership. We are a community used and new bookstore originally established in 2005 and cater to the needs of our customers as much as we can. The Book Worm Bookstore is a woman owned business and has over 30,000 books with new books coming in daily. Trade ins welcome but over a bag or box please call to make sure we have room to take more.
