“If you are in need this is the place. I volunteered on today and this organization is doing a great thing for the local community. It can be hectic as a volunteer however the majority of the volunteers/staff are kind and there to help. One woman(red hair—ponytail) I’m assuming she’s a “core volunteer” had an unprofessional moment I’ll say but that will not stop me from volunteering again. Great work Reflections of Trinity!!”

“After I bombed at Big Lots right down the street, I went into Victory Thrift - in a hurry, on Saturday, right before their close. Was looking for CD binders - the big Trapper Keeper style. Oddly enough, it seems the only person that still keeps CDs and DVDs is me, lol.Anyhoo, this place was an enormous surprise. No CD holder, although they had a number of nice notebooks and office materials, including a huge box of lamination pouches. But the score here - for me, anyway - was the Children's section and Women's clothes. Very, very good clothing brands for wardrobe staples and a surprisingly decent selection of plus and size 0s (I was looking for both). The kids' area has a number of really good toys, games, stuffies, balls, you name it.But I gotta tell you - I'm a nut for presentation. This store should receive a 5 of 5 for that, as well. Each piece of clothing is beautifully hung on its hanger and placed in an appropriate section of the large racks. This isn't your madcap volume store, where you can count on finding your major scores hidden in the wrong areas, where another shopper had hidden it, hoping it wouldn't be found. Nope. Victory runs a lovely shop. The children's area reminds me of a toy store I went to as a kid - whoever set up that section has quite a bit of talent.I was surprised by how nice Victory is - product, presentation, cleanliness. Wait. Did I mention the prices? Ultra-beyond fair. Incredibly good deals. I bought my friend's size 0 sweaters (3), hoodies (2), leggings (2) and jacket (1) for what? $14? Outrageously good.”

“My favorite thrift store to visit in Dallas. Prices are great. Really helps with growing littles. Then when my littles are bigger, I can give back what I can to easily to help the next parent.”

“Great prices for the most part. I do feel like some items could be better grouped in baggies, as well as priced a bit better. My input on what I mean better explained below:On the aisle where things like hangers, crafting items and other miscellaneous items are could be better organized as a whole aisle in itself, as well as the items on the aisle being better grouped in baggies. Example 1: hanger bundles: there was a bundle of the nice velvety hangers for $2.99 (if I recall correctly) which had about 10-15 hangers. This is a great price (don't think it should change), but then there was another bundle of same velvety hangers in worse condition with at the most maybe 5 hangers for the same $2.99 pricing. This makes no sense. Not sure if that is due to 2 different people pricing or what, but maybe it would be best to have set pricing so no matter who prices items there is consistency for customers. Also, on this same aisle there were many bags of various items that were not even related with very inconsistent pricing based on contents of bags. Example 2: there was a bag with some sorts of crafting items and then a few random kitchen items for around 3.99 or so. It would likely sale sooner if items were grouped in same category.Example 3: several of the bagged bundles had clearly came unzipped and were missing items leaving a bag priced at $3.99 with only 1 or 2 items (with bag not even zipped giving the impression that items had likely fallen out since there were loose items on bottom without price tags)The pricing for items like knick knacks/what-nots, photo frame/wall decor, as well as the dishes often seem to be over priced, sometimes so much so it's surprising. Not sure how the pricing is chosen for those types of items but since many times the items are scuffed up, chipped, not full set (dishes) or clearly have a price tag from another store showing it costs less than the ticketed sticker price you all placed maybe it would be good ideam to revisit your pricing model.I think most other items I have been interested in have been fairly priced, with a few exceptions. Given that many people shop thrift stores because they cannot afford to shop new, I personally believe that all thrift stores consider one of their end goals to be a focus on maintaining reasonable pricing allowing those who cannot afford the ever rising costs of new items to still enjoy items that are gently used at a much more affordable price.”

“This is one of my favorite thrift stores. They have a wide variety of items and low prices. Certain items are on sale everyday (clothing is 50% off and some decor is 25% off). Every time I go I find a treasure. A review would not be complete without mentioning the delightful woman who runs this store. She is amazing. If you're lucky, you just might learn a thing or two from her during your visit.”

Found some really cool finds, you will definitely need to dig but that’s what a true thrift store is like. And so amazing all money goes to kids in need!”

“I LOVE LOVE LOVEEE THIS GOODWILL! I’m here once or twice week and they’ve actually got a good selection of women’s/men’s clothes, massive home selection (with furniture and decor), shoe collection, and more! The store is always very clean and the staff is always friendly. The only thing they could work on, would probably b to open more registers, instead of just having 1 or 2 registers open; especially when it’s super busy and the line keeps getting longer and longer.”

“I make it a point to stop at any Goodwill outside of my local area when traveling and this is one of the nicer locations in been to this year. It's well lit, laid out nicely, well stocked with treasures, and Sensibly organized.. I even found a few treasures while I was there! we will shop again next time I'm in the area!my only complaint is a long line at the registers but it's not a deal breaker for me..”

“The Goodwill in Hiram is a solid place to find business casual clothing as well as a wide assortment of other clothing that you may need. Their return policy is 7 day I believe, and if something doesn’t work they accept most returns. They also have a couple aisles of books, toys, electronics, glassware, and a small furniture area.”

“I like to visit occasionally, like while I'm waiting for my delicious $7.99 pizza from Fedel Pizzaria. They sometimes have intriguing, but overpriced furniture. I once found a 12 series set of something (isn't important what) that was only missing the entire 1st set which made it worthless. The shelves are loaded with wares of all kinds so if you're just looking for something to buy, you'll probably find it.They have this insane, like 90% off day, which is Tuesday, I believe. Best day to browse.”
