“I highly recommend this place management was amazing. Though I did not rent storage I had car trouble and the manager was beyond accommodating. Thank you for the help you provided for and to me as I waited for my car to cool down.”
“Came in and spoke with Ms.Kim she was extremely helpful and fast. I asked for my unit to be moved closer to the front because of problems with a previous location. She moved me with no problem . Thank You .”
“I really do love this storage facility they really are open 24/7 it quite an clean I haven't had any issues except the gate was stuck open for about 3 weeks once an I been here since November”
“Honestly, I don’t know how it could have gone any smoother. Everybody was courteous & professional & efficient, they got me hooked up with a trailer I reserved online & on my way very fast. The drop off 12 hours later was just as easy. I dealt with 3 of your staff on pickup & 2 different ones on drop off & all were GREAT!”
“Awesome staffing - everyone went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. Super friendly people all around. I highly recommend this location. Tow lights weren’t working and the staff checked fuses and found the issue. They could have just said sorry buddy. Great job! 👏🏻”

“This is our location that we have started to go to in the last several months. We love everyone there, we have had zero issues. Very professional, and storage units are very clean, bathrooms are always clean and smell clean. Would recommend this location to everyone. 10/10!!!!”
“I give Extra Space Storage 5 Stars across the board. The entire experience was great. I have a unit in Hiram, GA. I returned a call to David from Extra Space Storage, who informed me of a rent increase of $1, as opposed to $80, I was initially informed of. David further informed me that he himself requested this change from the hire ups, and was successful. This could not have come at a better time for me. My God is Awesome! David, if you're reading this, thank you again. You were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and you went above and beyond. You are an asset to not only the company, but the customers as well. I would definitely recommend doing business with Extra Space Storage.

“These guys off fulton industrial are the best. Every mechanic is very well professional and experienced. The company that I drive for which is Lansing has been dealing with Ryder for years. Hanna is the best when it comes to customer service. No other competitor can compare of any Ryder location.”

“Red Lobster location 6296, at 3360 Camp Creek Parkway, Atlanta, GA is the absolute best restaurant. The service, the server, Bobbie, the food were excellent. And, most important they are honest. My granddaughter left 3 of her rings on the table, and the staff put them away awaiting somebody to claim them. That is a decent and worthy staff. Thank you. My family will highly recommend your establishment and continue to be devoted customers. Keep up the excellent customer service.”
“My experience was amazing. Im greatful. My move from S. Houston, TX to Douglasville, GA was peaceful the customer service was professional.
Thanks David in Houston location and thanks Samantha from Hwy 5 location in Douglasville as well as Chris for your help.”
“Rick was great. Rented a 6'x12' trailer. Arrived on pickup date and quickly realized the trailer was not large enough to haul our load. Rick quickly got online, found us a 15' truck and car hauler. Sent us to the location. He credited us with the amount we had already paid for the trailer. Everything was smooth as silk and no problems. Rick and this place are highly recommended.”
“Mrs Williams is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough from the time u walk in to inquire about storage! I felt secure with my belongings been at this location and happy with the service here.”

“We had one rented online with Uhaul for another location. Showed up to get it and there were none and the place was closed. In a pinch we were able to rent quickly from this location. Very nice employee helped us out and called me directly to confirm. She went above and beyond for sure. Unfortunately I do not remember her name. But she deserves kudos for excellent customer service.”
“My family and I went to this location to rent a U-Haul on Wednesday and the rep named Madison, who assisted, us was very helpful, patient, and kind. I appreciated her customer service etiquette. She showed us how to review the truck on our phone and we were on our way! :-)”

“This place is awesome it’s brand new and a customer service is unbelievable. Brittany took her time and effort to hitch my car carrier to my 2019 2500 Cummings excellent job. Tom was very helpful when I called and told him I was running late he said not a problem. Take your time it’s raining out there, just be very careful of getting here”
