Not helpful and uninterested. I’ve been getting mail continuously from an unknown person. I’ve posted on my mailbox only deliver to my name. I have spoken to the mail carrier and now the post office representative told me there is nothing to be done
They are not friendly at all

clerk 7 . older woman was very rude . i have never had an issue with making a return until today . Also she clicked a happy face on my survey screen . She definitely would not have been given a happy face and for her to click it before I got the chance shows she doesn’t care about her actions . I will never return here but I’m sure USPS does not care.

If I could give 0 stars trust me I truly would in a heartbeat. I have never in my adult years experienced an extreme case of unprofessionalism, lack of customer care, and rudeness within a public Government facility to serve the community. After reading the many reviews from poor Customer Service as I have experienced myself even from prior years I see that this has been an ongoing battle for the community itself. The concerning part here is that nothing has been done about it and that is the very reason it keeps happening and these Government employees keep getting away with it. No humanity whatsoever. I live nearby , however I always remember from now on that I prefer to avoid this location because of the terrible customer service experience multiple times on several occasions. Just today I was expecting a certified mail and I was at home waiting because you have to sign for certified mail. So i watched the mail truck pull up to my mailbox as I’m literally standing on my porch and watch the older male place mail In my mailbox and all of a sudden I get a notification for a exception that states “Your item is being held at the post office at request of customer”. I did not request this. Delivery was not even attempted. He never got out of the truck I watched him. In order to get a signature you have to get out of the vehicle to approach the customer door. It’s apart of your job! I just did not understand the logic behind this behavior. This is so disappointing and disgusting how lazy and unprofessional this was. This is not the first time this has happened. How is there a system they have that can override unauthorized requests it just doesn’t make any sense. I guess that they have to use another reason since “unable to deliver” was abused smh. What an inconvenience this makes a person so frustrated for someone not doing their job. No one wants to temporarily carry the burden of another humans bad energy that’s terrible. It takes less good energy to express kindness than to be wicked. Eventually, they will have to clean house and bring in a completely new staff the way I see it and its reputation it will be far too late because of the initial negligence of addressing the issue.

Today was my first time coming to the post office here in powder springs, I usually go to UPS. I was not aware that my package that I was returning needed to be taped prior, so I was under the impression that it would be taped up when I arrived. It’s not a problem that it needs to already be taped but the woman who serviced me was extremely rude! She looked all at my package talking about “what is this?” “it’s not taped?” “You need to tape that up” she was condescending, sarcastic and seemed like she had the biggest attitude in the world. Why is it so difficult to be kind and professional? A simple I’m sorry ma’am but per policy the packages have to be taped prior to returning would have been fine. To look at my package roll your eyes and be rude was crazy to me. I do not know the worker’s name but she is a Black woman and she had long curly hair, as a fellow black woman it sucks that we continue to perpetuate the stereotypes of us being rude with attitudes please do better. If you hate your job please quit. USPS please train your staff to be courteous!

The most obnoxious, rude, and unprofessional staff at any establishment I have ever seen in my life. I was very very disrespected today by the front desk clerk. All I came to do was drop off a package and I am left feeling upset, confused, and disrespected. They have no right to bully and toy with people simply coming to drop off a packages. Absolutely terrible and abysmal staff

This is the best Post Office I have found in Atlanta. The lady manager ir always helping out the customers, she is super friendly and offers help to make the line walk faster. Mesha have helped me a lot, always with a smile and wanting to do a great work, which she does. They seem to know well their customers, because the minute you enter you can see them greeting you and asking how are you and your family. Keep working this way all of you are AWESOME!!

Super kind staff! Very helpful with getting my passport application sent out. They went above and beyond with their support and I would say the best customer service I’ve had at a post office. This will be my go to place now. Thank you !
