If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I have made three (3) trips to this bank in two days' time to deposit money (coins and bills). I can understand needing to roll the coins, but the teller (same for all three interactions) failed to offer papers for doing so the first visit, which had me going elsewhere to retrieve them. Start of the second day, I had to call out of work because I was sick and my mom offered to take my deposit up there for me (I really needed this money because of bills and my paycheck isn't for another week). My account was created in 1991 by my mother (I was 5 years old), but back then it was Wachovia. Figuring my mother with the same last name, who created the account in the first place, and lived at the same address that is on file for me would be able to deposit $50 for me. Wrong apparently. I had to get out of bed and go up there for a third trip. I got up there, set my deposit slip, coins, and cash (very neatly mind you) along with my ID and debit card on the counter and just allowed her to make the deposit. The teller then had the audacity to speak to me in a loud, condescending tone about what she had tried to tell my mother. Mind you, I'm sick and made it extremely obvious with my body language that I was not wanting to speak about it, but just wanted to get my deposit done and leave to go back to bed. She spoke loudly enough to alert the other occupants in the building of my private situation, so I gave her the same grace by emphasizing that the person who made my account should be able to make a deposit on my behalf. This was the worst experience I have EVER had with banking and the worker humiliated me in front of the entire lobby. Don't waste your time at this location because the teller that I had lacked empathy and a professional attitude. Strongly looking to close my account of 32 years and looking to bank elsewhere if this is how they treat their clients.

I drove 25 mins away from my house to use this ATM because they have the only ATM that takes more then 25 bills at a time. unfortunately you can't deposit cash right now. I'll never come back to this location again ...

Just stopped here to quickly deposit a check I've been forgetting about. The teller, Zachary, was so kind! It was my first time at this location. I just wanted to write this review to shout him out. Thank you for being so kind and personable! Seriously. Customer service means a lot!

This is the most unprofessional place that I've ever been to in my life! My grandmother simply left her card in the atm and was basically accused of trying to take someone else's card. We had only shown up to ask after receiving a confirmation that it was there. After talking to two representatives who were outrageously rude we were told that it wasn't there without them even looking. She finally goes to look and comes back with the card. It went from we need to fill out some paperwork to her giving the card to an entirely different teller who took it upon himself to cut it. We didn't receive an explanation as to why this took place and at this point my grandmother was completely distraught. We waited there without getting any assistance with getting a new card or even an explanation. After 15 minutes a new teller came to ask if we had been helped and and tried to resolve the situation. After explaining what happened, he was confused as to why the card was cut. Jonathan was considerably nice and helped us get on our way. However, the mistreatment that we endured will not go unnoticed. God forbid you make any mistake because you will be ridiculed here. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend going to this branch.

Nice bank with very friendly employees. The reason for my 3 star rating is the ATM is not always available when needed at this location. I hate driving to the ATM at this location only to find out that it is "temporarily unavailable". It's great that there is a Wells Fargo ATM inside the QT located at the intersection of Richard Sailors Pkwy and Forest Hill Dr./Powder Springs Road. Somewhat inconvenient to get out, and go inside if you are in a hurry, but it beats having to drive all the way to Hiram, or Austell for the next nearest location.
