This Walgreens is horrible. Very slow, and the people are rude. They took over 3 hours to have my prescription ready and then for one of them they sent it to the wrong walgreens.

If you want a prescription filled, you might want the doctor to send it over a day or two in advance. This pharmacy is absurdly understaffed and not accommodating to sick people. I'm moving my business to Publix which is literally across the street. Today, my doctor had to leave a voicemail message because they didn't answer the phone. The associate at the drive through window said it would take 4 hours to get it filled. Bu that time, they will be closed. Trust me, go anywhere else.

I continue to have issues with this pharmacy and their reliability. I have waited days for a refill only to find out they claimed the insurance denied it (but they couldn't call me to let me know). I called the insurance and sure enough, Walgreens didn't even run the prescription through my insurer; I'm betting they used the old insurance. Called them back and they attempted a CYA in lieu of admitting they made a mistake. They had the correct insurance information for my wife and I; my insurer verified this store successfully ran hers last Friday. In another incident, they attempted to charge me over $2000 (documentation available) with a $350 copay for another prescription I must have. I called Walgreens out on the price gouging, filed a complaint and never received a response. I can get the exact same prescription through my insurance and it is NOT that price. Copay is only $30 for a 30 day supply. Clear cut case of price gouging on the part of Walgreens. I have a friend that used to be a pharmacist (now retired) and he hates Walgreens because they are all about the money. They don't care about you as a person. It's time to pull all my business from Walgreens as it is clear they cannot be trusted and lack the ability to do things correctly.

After 15 years with CVS I got tired of the hassleI and decided to try Wallgreens at Lost Mountain on Dallas highway. It's been five years now since I changed and I've loved every visit. The entire staff is awesome at this drugstore.

Hoang Vi Vuong T. This pharmacist is extremely rude and an outright liar and has disrespected me and my family for the last time. I have come here since the day the store opened and would continue to come here probably forever if this pharmacist did not treat me in such a heinous way. I spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars every single month on medications at this Pharmacy in Powder Springs Georgia on Richard Sailors Parkway and have been lied to, treated horribly and outright disrespected. I will have to change companies all together because if this is the type of person that Walgreens has representing their Pharmacy staff then it is not the right place for my business. It's sad because the rest of the pharmacy staff is amazing but this person will go in and mess with my profile even when I order something and she's not on for the shift. I get a call saying that my prescription is ready and when I come up there to pick up my RX and this pharmacist is working, the staff can not find my name or my prescription or even my profile because she has done something to the entire system. She has gone so far to even zero out the remaining refills on my prescriptions when they are valid and clearly have not been filled. I have had to get other staff members to go in and fix this at least three times in the past couple of months. I feel like I am being harassed and treated in a manner that is Criminal.
