My wife and I found the exact vehicle we wanted at the dealership in Quitman....asked for the price and the gentleman didn't know it, was told he would go inside and get the price....came back out and he didn't have the price.....took down my cell phone number to text me the price once he found it out......never received the text....called three days later just assuming this was surely just a really weird mishap and not a common practice....spoke with a salesman over the phone who...you guessed it didn't know the price, however they took my number and said he would call me back shortly with the price....of course I never received a phone call. I was fortunate to come back to the Chevrolet Dealer in Valdosta and get my wife the Tahoe she wanted before the Holidays within two hours of pulling on the car lot. I would describe my experience here as bizarre more than anything, salesman not knowing the price of things that are for sale is a personal first for me.

My first visit to this dealer for service and I couldn't be happier. I made an appointment for service, arrived early and they took my truck right in. They have a comfortable lounge with complimentary coffee and I wasn't bothered by any salesman while waiting for my service to be completed.

I bought a truck from them with lifetime oil changes. I went up there Tuesday and they refused to honor the agreement for the included oil changes. They were gonna charge me $85 dollars. I came back to Thomasville and they gave me an oil change for $43.Don't believe them when they give you a deal.just go to another dealership.

My truck messed up, so we took it to Cass burch Chevy. I was unsure of who to use. I have quickly found out that I took my truck to the right place. Allison in the service department has done the absolute best job in dealing with me and my truck with all my wife and I have going on at the moment she has been a great ear to listen to my questions then get me the best answer quiclky and help me to make the best decision for the direction I needed to go. Allison even went what I felt was above and beyond as she used her lunch break to help me come up with a solution. So, to Allison, thank you for all you have done to help my wife and I get our truck repairs headed in the right direction. Cass burch is lucky to have you as a employee, and should do whatever it takes to keep you

I wish I could give this dealership no stars. I went and looked at an SUV today and wanted to take it for a test drive to see if I liked it. Does it handle well, does it have blind spots, how well it turns etc. I was told that I could not test drive the vehicle until we discuss the numbers. I have never been to a dealership where they did not let me test drive the vehicle. Why would I give you all my personal information and let you run the credit report etc. and then drive the car and find out I didn’t like it. Or was it that the salesman didn’t want a woman to take the car for a drive. Just wondering because my son test drove a car a couple of months ago there without going over numbers. I will never ever buy a car from a Cassburch dealership .

The salesman would not let me test drive a vehicle without first going over the numbers. I have never had a dealership not let someone test drive the car to see if they even like that without giving all their personal information out. We have purchased many cars from Cassburch. But we will never again

We just arrived to test drive an Equinox. We were told it was "company policy" to not test drive vehicles till we discussed final price. What? We walked out and will use a dealership in another town.

Ok, so just wanted to let you know we will not be returning. For several reasons. 1st, I would ask direct questions and they would not answer them or try to turn the question into something else and play it off. I will never purchase a vehicle without the dealer maintenance report of what the dealership did or saw and inspected. They played that off like they didn't have it or could not get it which makes me think their maintenance did not fully inspect the vehicle.2 the whole point of us coming with our vehicle was to get their appraisal value for it. Not once we're we told by them that their main manager who would be able to make that decision was not in and would not be able to give us a true number. That wasted over an hr of driving both our cars with all our kids to them. Had we liked the truck and wanted to make a sale there would have not been able to do so.And 3 the "ball park" offer on our car was very insulting. Extremely. We know our cars worth and value and have had it appraised more than once and never once did we hear any less than $11500 so for their office to say $8000, and then have them blame it on things that don't actually need to be fixed is rude.So with that we no longer wish to do business with this dealership. Communication is key and I found that there was none from them. Quite frankly I feel like they simply waisted our time.

Kara Mitchell and the entire service team are liars, dishonest and only tries to get your money while saying they know exactly what the problem is with your vehicle, but that's not true: they play a guessing game and cause more issues with your vehicles causing you to pay more money..THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL RIP YOU OFF. Kara said Cass only cares about money and not the employees because he only hired one manager to run multiple dealership, instead of hiring a manager per dealership, he's being a cheapskate: caring more about money. Kara is the same. She doesn't care about the customers, only telling lies and not being truthful to get money.
