I was on the phone with a friend from there she has trouble walking so she always has somebody on the phone just in case she falls down and we can get help for help the cashier told her if she can’t walk with out somebody on the phone don’t come there and buy gas help this person gets the karma twice as bad as she deserves

Went into the store Sunday in quitman Georgia and got a drink me and my friend has been fishing all day needed something cold and refreshing to drink and we got the cups and there was coffee cup straws in the place of the regular fountain drink location I asked the lady I said ma'am are there any regular straws for the fountain drinks she said if you turn around and look there's some over there I said no ma'am I didn't see any so she stated again with a loud voice there are straws over there . I replied where about and she yells again look over there in the cup there's straws over there I said ma'am you don't have to use that tone I was just asking for some bigger straws because these straws are too little so she replied I can get rowdy if you want me to . I replied to her you don't have to be rude I was just looking for a larger sprawl and the straws that are in the cup I thought they were for purchase she yells at me and told me you can just leave the store and I told her you are very disrespectful and rude person you don't need to talk to your customers like that and she said I'll call the police I said you do what you have to do I'll just call corporate and complain very rude customer service the lady was acting in quote ghetto and she was a white American I shop at circle k all the time and never been treated like that before

I will be avoiding this gas station from now on. The girl with all the piercings in her face deliberately ignored me until another man walked up. She helped him first, still saying nothing to me so I had to speak up. Very rude!

It's a shame when you go into this store and the lady refuses to check you out and says the assistant manager can check you out she doesn't do anything. She then went on to say her friends could stand around and talk as long as they wanted to. Don't think I'll be doing business with this store anymore or recommend it to anyone. There are several more stores in town where the service is friendly and they don't mind waiting on you

I would avoid this station. I had an issue at the pump so I politely called and asked to speak to a manager. This woman told me she was the assistant manager. She was rude, disrespectful, and completely uncooperative. On top of that, she hung up on me. I called right back and was told there was no manager available. This pathetic excuse of customer service is exactly what I've come to expect from Circle K!

My husband just went into this store to buy some supplies. He went up to the register and put his purchase on the counter and was counting out some money (bills) and put them on the counter. The cashier said to him rudely “ Don’t throw the money on the counter because that’s rude”. As an EMPLOYEE why would YOU think saying that to a CUSTOMER is ok???? His response to her was just “ok”. I can’t believe this woman has a job in the public working with the public. If you’re going to have an attitude with people that just do a small thing like that find another JOB that has no contact with people. I work with the public everyday and never would any employer of mine tolerate such rudeness from a staff member. Now days money is tight for everyone and stores are plentiful. We can always shop somewhere especially if this is what we will get from this store and unfortunately I have experienced this same issue before in this store. Treat people the way you want to be treated. It will come back to you 10 fold.

Just now went in stood in line waited my turn and was ignored wail the lady went to wait on somebody who just walked in wail I had been waiting Never coming back here. And I am working the storm so I was getting gas here twice a day. No more. Go to the marathon they much nicer

Don't go at 5:45, there's usually a line a mile long when the field workers get there. Better since the self checkout but still a long line
