First time I had been to O'Reilly's, I was looking for batteries for my mobility scooter and I usually have to buy them online and found them at O'Reilly's when I was looking online for the batteries and noticed they sold them, I went in and an employee named Ken remembered that I had called the day before and ordered them before I got there, he was very helpful and he changed them for me will be going back for other parts for my truck
