Horrible. Impossible to get hold of an actual human. Wouldn't leave my package even with specific instructions. Then they expect me to drive an hour to Register to pick it up? Nah. You can go through the trouble and expense of returning to sender. I don't even care about the order anymore

This place is definitely not a place to have packages delivered or received show up at the only time you get off to pick stuff up and have to wait a hour while they are out for lunch. How is this acceptable they should have someone here at all times period. Really sucks it's the only one close to me. Also dont get live animals shipped here with FedEx either they will leave them out in the sun to die on your porch when there is a ac office right next to it. Definitely unprofessional.

I really wish I could leave negative stars for this place. I had ordered a laptop, which required a signature at delivery, that was supposed to arrive July 3rd, but instead of a delivery, I got an e-mail saying an attempted delivery was made and that no one was home and that I would have to wait for the next business day for another delivery attempt which would be July 5th. Again on July 5th I get another e-mail about an attempted delivery that was made and the excuse of no one being home. This is a full out lie as someone was home ALL day, I have door cameras that prove the only delivery people that came by my house was the mail lady, and I have a pack of yappy dogs that bark every time someone passes the house.
I was so frustrated by the non-delivery that I went there myself to pick up my package. When I got there, I had to wait for five minutes for someone to come to the front desk (I rang a bell for service) and after several minutes I found out that the delivery driver still hadn't returned to the center with her undelivered packages, which I thought the package would have been back by now as it the e-mail said non delivery at 1:18pm, the facility closed at 6pm and I had arrived at around 5:20pm.
I was told that the driver could leave my package at the FedEx pickup center at the Walgreen's in town so I agreed to that so I could get my hands on my package instead of waiting for Monday (where I would probably get another non-delivery and then have this incompetent people send my package back to Dell). I told the lady in the FedEx facility that I didn't understand why they were unable to deliver my package or how they could send me an e-mail saying an attempt could be made when as stated before someone was home, I have a doorbell camera, and yappy dogs that alert the household of anything happening outside our house.
The lady in the office claimed that the driver could not find the house because my neighborhood has two road with the same name, except one lives on north and the other on south and the address on the box didn't say which. I don't understand why the driver couldn't go down both roads which are 1) short because it's a small neighborhood and 2) clearly marked as which road is which. Furthermore, while I live on the road marked for north, south does not have any houses with the same number as my house. So basically I was lied to about the reason why my package was not delivered, which I believe no attempt was never made in the first place or the driver just kept checking the road marked south and didn't bother to drive down the road marked north.
Anyways, I drove all the way back into town to pick up my package and low and behold it clearly listed my address complete with the information saying I lived on the road marked north.
I cannot believe how uncaring and incompetent the people who work at this facility are and I can understand why 99.9% of the reviews left are 1-stars. If it's possible to arrange for your package to be picked up at one of the FedEx pickup places in town, I would highly recommend that option because the people who work here clearly don't care and don't want to make sure people get their packages.

Seems like we all have the same problem and we don’t know each other. I work from home and twice the delivery was deemed “undeliverable because I wasn’t home”

Again, this facility in Register georgia failed to deliver a priority overnight package. Claimed no one was home to accept which is a lie!!! We were home all day waiting. I just think the driver was to lazy to drive the 20 miles to our house.I called customer service and was told that the package was ready for pickup. They really don't want me to go to the warehouse to pick it up, I will unload on those idiots! Waiting for a call back to let me know when I will receive my package.

Same as the other reviews about this place. They simply DID NOT deliver my package on time and claimed they attempted too. We were home all day and no one came to our door. This facility is not doing a proper job and customer service is no help at all.

I paid for overnight shipping and my package was to be delivered on August 1st. On on the 1st it said it was out for delivery and was scheduled to be there between 11am and 3pm.then it said 5 pm and then by end of day. No package was delivered and it went back to warehouse. Same thing on Wednesday Thursday and now Friday but when I called they said rest assured it’s scheduled to be delivered today by 5 pm. What a joke my car is broke down and I’m waiting on this part horrible company FedEx.
