I shared my unease with local friends and several recommended R & S, so I called and talked with Shelby. The next day, Roosevelt came to our home and walked through with me. That afternoon, he called with a 'flat rate' to move us. This number was in the middle of our previous 'estimates.'
We agreed to use R & S and met with Shelby to sign a contract. Shelby and Roosevelt could not have been more professional and pleasant. They even agreed to pick up our furniture and store it for one week as we had to be out for closing, but could not move into our new home in Florida due to ongoing construction.
The R & S crew of four, led by Deion, were no less professional than the owners of the company. They took the utmost care with all our fragile pieces. They worked well as a team and took time to ask us questions about some of our items.
The move-in went as smoothly as the loading. Deion led a team of six capable movers. The move-in also included moving items into a storage unit. The crew displayed care and patience throughout the entire operation. Everything arrived intact and nothing was damaged in the move.
R & S made what can be an anxious experience as easy as possible. We appreciate their professionalism and genuine concern for their customers.
