Jordan was very friendly but not knowledgeable at all. There was another employee in the back the whole time practically. Other customers would come in she would call back for help he never came up during that hour and 45 minutes we were there until 10 minutes before we left. They didn't have the product we wanted so they sold us the last year's model for 100.00 less come on now. That's just insanity.

I drove from Statesboro to this store even though we have a store in our town. This place has great staff. I got great customer service here and if I have to drive 30+ minutes to get to this store instead of the Statesboro store it's definitely worth it.

The sole reason I am giving five stars is because of the above and beyond customer service I received from both Janille(pronounced Ja-Neal) and Wes. I went in to get a new iPhone because of a broken screen and the switch didn’t happen as quickly as any of us wanted but these dudes gave it their best every day until it was figured out. Even when I got flustered about it, they remained calm and polite, (with that being said, me being flustered had nothing to do with these gentlemen) any question I had they answered, they literally jumped over the chain of command to figure out the E-sim problem. Overall there is a fantastic crew in Reidsville and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service, these guys and gals know how to put the customer first and they all deserve a fatty raise!
