Extremely rude cashier acting as if everybody’s on her time making rude comments to customers the store is dirty. The food is nasty. Have tried to give them a chance more than once before leaving this review better off to drive another two exits in either direction and you will find a much better place management does nothing about their employees, rude attitude and lack of work ethic

The staff is very friendly, we stayed there for the weekend and came back for one more night, As we were still doing pick ups , And we requested shower 14 ,it was the best it big great water pressure and the water was hot, they ran out of the cold brew and had some ready for the next morning, the employee made sure the milk and cream dispenser full and the coffee was great no coffee grinds my husband said. And the pizza was delicious..Great job to all the employee at this location..oh and the kind lady gave us our shower for free. And the parking lot is clean, and lots of parking.

No matter whether you get meatloaf entree to go or stop into Denny's the food gets served fast and hot here. The showers and bathrooms were very clean and diesel and def pumps always working. Employees always have positive professional attitude.

Just another truck stop ripping off drivers. Sign says 2 20 oz Pepsi's for 4.50 and also says buy 2 get 1 free. Rang up 5.49. I asked sign says 2 for 4.50. Told it's either or, then there should be a sign saying that. I left them on the counter and on my way to Loves

Nasty 🤮 does pilot have area supervisors because the GM of the store needs to be fired? Or fire the area supervisor too, just nasty. Yek and there’s no excuse for it other than incompetence.

We were traveling south so we decided to stop refresh a bit however the moment we walked in ohh boy its a mess , not organized at all especially the showers , they are very filthy 👇 as shown here in pictures ,the employees are lazy they can barely walk due to their huuuge size (not an insult , its an obese zip code ) the manager as well who also seems to hate his job and could care less abouth the whole area , i guess he forget that its a Travel plaza not just a truck stop !! Ohh well its sad to see a multi billion $$ company doing a bad job by not sending some inspectors to inspect every FJ/Pilot store or maybe the a local TV channel should do that , Ohh its a great idea we will send them the pics ,, maybe they will investigate your laziness ans your unhealthy life style 😎!! Yuck

Problem starts with lack of cleanliness outside (trash) to inside and the list of remaining problems are too long to write. The level of fixing will require a complete change of Owner and Manager.
