they tell me I'm not the only one who has been hit and I don't appreciate it if I give u my business there should be no one that is picking my lock to my storage unit to be able to grab my items

My boyfriend used their service when moving. The truck broke down and the company sent mixed signals about who was responsible for the tow. Their instructions are hard to follow and the location is not convenient. I won't be using their services

They have the trucks odometers fixed to over charge you for mileage I just dealt with this issue and the District Manager had to get involved and refund us. Because this location refused to refund us for scamming us out of money. Please take footage before you drive off the lot with your u-haul rental pictures of the mileage during your use.

Poor customer service!! Would not recommend leaving your stuff here. Management change with no communication to customer and false charges come out of nowhere.. gate code never worked kept assigning new code and new code never worked. Got locked inside gate and had to wait for someone to enter to let me out!

This is a good place to store your items. My second time having a unit here no wait 3rd. I've never had any issues with mold because I spray my room down before storing my items. They have insurance you can buy or you do it with your own insurance company
