“Whew, many of these reviews are for the adjoining gas station which I haven't ventured to just yet, but I am a fan of the Kroger grocery location! Set primarily in its own plaza, this Kroger offers a large parking lot for customers making their grocery runs. The lot is clean and clear of mess, and not cluttered with runaway carts. So appreciated!When you go to the entry, I've noticed that there is usually a male employee standing at the door and as security guard at the exit. Honestly with the state of the world, I appreciate the extra eyes when it comes to safety concerns. My 4-stars stems from how beautifully laid out the store is! It reminded me of my favorite grocery store in Texas, filled with more fresh prepared meals, flower options and more than I have seen displayed at a Kroger in metro-Atlanta. As I go around the store, I always see employees stocking shelves, wiping things down or chatting with customers. And it shows in the well-stocked shelves. I've been to some local grocery stores (including Kroger) and struggled to find some items that haven't even been restocked and it's as simple as chicken thighs, lol. Love that this location is always prepped. I prefer to do my grocery shopping before late afternoon which is a major sweet spot of the day, leaving me with only a few others on the shopping journey with me. Such peace! Checking out is always a breeze thanks to the 6 or so self-checkout stations they offer.Although grocery prices are on another insane level these days, I'm loving that Kroger makes the task a bit smoother. If not for my wallet, then for my sanity. I'll be back with my Yelp reusable tote bag!”
