My next piece of equipment will be from Sagon Trucks. Even after I purchased the vehicle, I have called and texted questions and they would take their time and explain to me what or how to do something. That’s great service there.”

“Our original reservation was not honored as the Internet was down at the pickup point. Unfortunately, the woman working Mon July 6th in the morning was unwilling to help or even try to find the reservation. However, the following day our reservation was intact and the general manager Jeremiah Scoville gave us the uhaul discount available for our prior reservation and had exemplary customer service. Thankfully he turned around what was originally a very negative experience to a very professional and positive experience”
“Levi was super helpful and I felt like he was really looking out to make sure that the services I received were the best they could be. In general, the place seems cleaner and more put together than the average storage unit/uhaul rental place I’ve used in the past. My only suggestion is to go over the parking lot with a magnet or something because there were a few loose screws and bolts that I don’t want people to run over”

I had both climate controlled and outside units.easy access, lights and always clean restrooms. Pat was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I rented 3 trucks from her as well. If you need storage in the area i definitely recommend them”

“Excellent service. My rear door wouldn't open while dropping off. I called customer service and spoke with a rep named, Emma. Her first concern was my safety. I was told help would arrive 45-60 minutes. The gentlemen were there less than 30. The issue was quickly resolved and I'm on my way home!”
