  I am always in and out focused until this evening I notice a sign. I always wondered where was the gentleman always at the front counter along with the young lady who always speak. I wanted to ask but I thought I was being a bit nosey. My question was answered this evening. I am truly saddened for your loss. You are a great team. My prayers are with you and Mr. Charles family. 🙏🏾 🕊 😢

  I visit this post office almost daily. It’s always clean! Staff is super nice and professional! Always greets you when you come inside. No complaints.

  Charles has the worst customer service. Went in to send some letters certified for my office. He asked me if the letters were in order and I said oh I didn’t look he told me what my job was and what his job was as if I worked for the post office. It’s not my fault that every other person who has helped me in the pass with the same process has just done what I’m guessing is my job. I actually went to another post office after this and the young lady just verified it herself so I assume she was going above and beyond. He then pointed out that I was on the phone and pointed to a sign and said he couldn’t concentrate. I wasn’t having a full blown conversation my fiancé heard how he was speaking to me and asked me if I was ok and where I was. I stepped to the side so he could finish in silence I was telling my fiancé that I was ok. He put he out of the post office and tried to keep a letter. I went back to get it and he said that it was mailed and he paid for it while laughing. I asked him for it again and he pulls it out of what I believe is the trash.
  
  Update: got a call from a miss calloway after business hours so I could not call her back. She wanted to assure me that he did not throw it in the trash . Which is fine but if she had read my statement I said I believe it was. I was unsure. Never said he did. But WHY KEEP THE LETTER IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THINK ITS FUNNY WHEN I COME GET IT. I appreciate the call that I can’t return because you did so after you all closed so I’m not sure why you asked me to call you back. At the end of the day he still rude. If you read through all these reviews he has multiple 1 stars from years ago til now. So I know nothing will be done. I just know not to go there in the future.

  Had a mail recently shipped from this location to Florida. It was a check. I'm pretty sure that they stole it. It's been trying to get to my house for two weeks. Looking at the reviews for this location, I wouldn't put it pass them.

  Every time I visit my local post office everyone is always so pleasant. Today I feel like Shannon went above and beyond. I forgot to write the address on a postcard so I called to see if they could pull it for me. Not only did Shannon pull the card, but she also offered to write the missing address on there for me. She saved me from having to leave work early. This is what I call excellent customer service!

  I’ve been coming here for years and Shannon & Charles always provide great and friendly service! Shannon speaks to every customer that she lays her eyes on and she works as hard as she can to get people in and out. Mr. Charles is super sweet and funny. This is my favorite post office. Thank you for 8 years of great service. ☺️

  Shannon, the woman who helped me, is by far the kindest, most efficient, most patient person I’ve ever met at a post office. She was the same with every other person in that line. Give Shannon a raise!

  Always have friendly and good service. I was told by Stockbridge that they handle Rex’s mail. So does that mean that it leaves Rex and end up at Stockbridge? That is where I pick up my mail that I do a vacation stop.
