“I was told by Samsung that my internet connection was the problem of me not being able to watch streaming apps. Public Service technician Nathan and one of the other technician were here within an hour. They done a speed test and said they didn't see many that read as good as ours. They came to the conclusion that the part that allows streaming on my tv was probably not working. I can still view on laptop but not tv was one reason they agreed on that. I really appreciate how quick they responded and how nice and helpful they were.”
