Angi was originally referred us through Veterans United. We looked almost a year for the property. After several months of gap we contacted Angi & she responded. She was always there for us through each journey of home shopping. She always looked out what’s best for us. Very friendly and caring lady. Angi is the BEST.

Most of the time we worked with Angi, we were across the country in Utah, where we were moving from. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating with us, despite the time difference between us and technology barriers. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy/rent or sell in the area! She made moving to a new area much less stressful, and was super friendly and easy to talk to!

Angi Kennedy was a God send. I had to start the home buying process while overseas on a deployment. I was beyond anxious and truly overwhelmed; this is my first house, by the way. Ms. Kennedy literally worked into the night and the early hours of the morning (she and I once talked at 2 am her time). Every question, and I mean EVERY question, was answered with so much expertise, confidence, and care. I never felt like I was a bother or that I was inexperienced; she treated me like I mattered and never kept me waiting for her response.Ms. Kennedy became my eyes during the inspection process and provided me with detailed videos of my home that I watched multiple times a day up until closing day. I had many questions, and she answered them as well as ones I did not know to ask. She was professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and so very easy to work with and like.During closing, I felt that I was being rushed and not at all valued buy the sellers. I assume it is due to the fact that they do this every day, and I was just another face in a long line of buyers. Angi was not going to let them rush me, she brought up things in the contract that the seller either didn't care to take the time to explain or, they didn't know how to answer (I was working with a legal secretary so, she really may not have known how to answer). I felt so secure and as safe as I think possible given the circumstances; I understand that Angi has a job to do, but she didn't come across as uncaring, and in that moment, I really needed a supporter and not a realtor. Ms. Kennedy was everything that I needed and then some. I am so grateful and truly blessed to have met her.

Our experience with Angi was great from the day my wife and I met her! We lived in CT at the time and were exploring Richmond Hill as a place to live. Angi took the time to listen to what we really wanted in a home and led us to our current dream home on a lagoon in Waterways. We built new and since we lived 1,100 miles away, Angi was our local presence, sending videos and pics of the build, getting in front of delays and mistakes, and confronting the builder when necessary. Let her work for you and you will not be disappointed! Thanks again Angi.

There aren’t enough words in the English language to accurately convey how happy we were with our experience with Angi! If we could give more than 5 stars then Angi would have ten! We were first time home buyers and new to the military PCS experience and Angi was extremely helpful during the whole process, worked tirelessly to help us find something that met our needs, flexible with our military orders and extremely patient and thorough when answering any of our questions (and there were a lot….sorry about that, Angi! Haha). We were incredibly pleased with our experience and lucky to have found Angi. If you’re in the market for a new home, let Angi be your sherpa through the process! You won’t regret it and you won’t just find a house, you’ll find a home. I read an article recently that said most new home buyers cry at least 5 times during the process. With Angi’s help, I didn’t cry once and that’s all due to her! Thanks Angi!
