Carin helped us find my fiancé and I’s perfect first home together in a lovely community. Carin was recommended to us by a family friend. Carin is very knowledgeable of the area. This region of Georgia is definitely her niche and is displayed through her network of associates ready to help and her consistent communication. Her transparency was deeply appreciated through the selling process. Despite our unique circumstance of moving to another country, selling our home became that of a lesser stress once Carin took over the process. She is also very knowledgable of military moves and has impeccable communication and negotiation skills that are an asset for ever fluctuating dates and hurtles that comes with these moves.
