They refuse to fix the transformer/ power issue off of timber trail so every major storm we lose power it happens often enough you would think they might try to fix it but no solution so far after 3 years, I updated to 4 stars since they fixed it again for now

Coastal is such a great electric company. They are on top of things and support the communities they do business in.

They are extremely responsive and keep everyone updated on outages. The outages don't last long! Their linemen are always on the move fixing anything that goes wrong.
